We ordered several items and got mulitple delays for each item based on circuitous explanations although when we placed the order we were assured that the items will be shipped out on time. We were unable to get the items on time for our wedding. Do NOT order here if you expect items to arrive as claimed. Give yourself 1-2 months extra time.

I ordered my Eid dress over a month ago so that it would arrive in time for Eid, and the estimated delivery time was 1st July 2021, eid was 19th July 2021, and estimated arrival was 19 days before eid. However, they delivered my dress on July 27, 2021, and when I was notified that my order had been delivered, I looked for it everywhere. I even checked with my neighbor, but my order was nowhere to be found. When I contact the seller on WhatsApp because I haven't found my dress, they make me wait by saying they'll look into it and get back to me, but after a month, they're telling me to contact someone else on Indianweddingsaree.com. I'm so disappointed with Indianweddingsaree that I'll never buy from them again.

I have purchased a few items off Indian wedding saree. com and have always been very pleased, this time I purchased a custom made saree and it is stunning, the customer service is excellent, the choice is vast, the prices reasonable , better than what they charge in uk ,would highly recommend to everyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. It's been more than one month late in receiving my purchase. First they sent email they ran out of clothing to stitch , then they kept emailing saying they are waiting for me to confirm I want the product despite multiple emails from me saying I am still waiting for it. Then they said they will ship out immediately and canceled my order without asking me. When I emailed to ask about it and told them I still want the product I never cancelled , they said they will ship it in 2 -4 days. They wont answer your calls and what's app customer service is the same as the emails , they take your money and take days to respond making promises and product still haven't been shipped yet.

Great product. Fit well. I was a bit scared of how the stitching was going be but it came and fit perfectly. Look forward to using your services again.

I ordered multiple items from them in May for a family wedding. Their website said I would receive my items by end of June. It is now July 19 and I have yet to receive two of the items I needed with my family wedding already done. Their customer service dept is the worse I have ever experienced and just string you along saying they will "dispatch the items ASAP". They do not care about timing and continue to send emails everyday that my items are delayed. They claim their 24/7 customer service line for US customers is always there. Every time I called, I was disconnected and never received a call back. Not to mention, their WhatsApp line is poorly handled, as well. All they keep saying is "ma'am give us two days" and drag you along. Their prices are cheap, but they make empty promises. Stay away for your sanity!!!

I purchased 2 suits, neither has arrived, the website no longer exists, the phone redirects to another name, and no one answers the phone. Do not use them

I am happy with my Kurti purchase. The staffs are polite and very responsive. Despite the pandemic, I received my parcel within the time frame provided. Nice fabric with proper stitching. Will purchase more in the future.

Delivery is not on time. Ordered my dress over a month ago and i still haven’t received the item. Been speaking to customer service and they keep telling me they’re dispatching the item and still haven’t! I told them multiple time to send the items that ready out for dispatch because i need it asap, they keep saying they will and never do. Customer service is horrible and they are dishonest about delivery

DO NOT USE!
If I could give 0 stars I would. My outfit was supposed to be delivered on 6th. Imcontacted customer services multiple times and now they’re not even replying. I’m going to contact PayPal to file a grievance because this feels like I’ve been scammed.

Delivery is not on time.
At the start while ordering they assured that the item will be delivered on time, but they are just fooling the customers.
I have nothing to wear for my function now just because of trusting these people.

2nd review after delivery- So the package finally arrived 8 days after the promised date and 6 days after the function.
Though fitting would be perfect atleast but to all the disappointment it was way loose.
Thankyou for not delivering on time i could have better options to wear.
In short- waste of money.

Estimated Delivery By 08 Jul, 2021, I spoke to customer service on July 2 ,2021 regarding shipping status and they said Order will be dispatch on Monday July 5th 2021. how come customer will be receive international shipment from India to USA within 3 days?
sounds like negligence and irresponsible management for taking care of company's own promise(commitments) to customers.

Customer service were awesome. They help me with my son measurements. When I received merchandise it fit my son perfect. I will definitely order again. Highly recommended.

This company is fantastic for all your indian wedding outfits the quality of the fabrics and the perfect stitching is amazing, I have ordered at least 7 items so far and they have exceeded my expectation every time.

Ordered my item May 16 expected delivery June 25 receive an email today would not be available for delivery until July 2. This is the worst service I’ve ever received from a company I could’ve bought a car and have it delivered faster this was not even a custom order. Contacted them multiple times with different excuses. Don’t believe anything on their shipping expected date read the reviews.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, SAVE YOURSELF. If I could give 0 to this company I would. My clothes were due to arrive in May, I still don’t have them….. I was initially concerned that the website was actually dodgy and fake. Nonetheless I have managed to get through to them, still not had my product. They will only give me compensation of 10$ and this is after so much arguing. I have been back and forth with the company since May and they won’t even give enough compensation, can’t give a date on when the products will arrive. I wasn’t able to wear my clothes for Eid and probably won’t be able to wear them for next Eid either. Customer service is also rubbish, I think the replies to emails are coming from robots as it is the same response a lot of the time. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. YOU WILL NOT GET YOU PRODUCT ON TIME OR AT ALL IN SOME CASES.

Staff is rude and not professional at all, their attitude has put me off from buying anything from their site!

Placed an order for 2 suits and they are despatching in 2 parcels, 1 has arrived and exactly like the picture online. They have very good communication kept me updated with my order at all times and arrived on time. The other suite is due on the 15th now will update when it arrives.

They are horrible with dispatch dates. I have received my eid clothes late for the third year in a row. Even though they answer you on the live chat, the issues never get resolved. Their products also suck. The clothes I received looked nothing like what I had ordered online. I probably should’ve just filed a PayPal dispute regarding the product looking nothing like the picture because this is honestly a joke. They just lost a valuable customer. Their team is probably going to reply to my bad review with the template they copy and paste on every other bad review in hopes to be seen as a reputable company that cares about their customers lol. Shame on them.

For the vulnerable customers that got scammed:
From what I have observed in the reviews, it seems like this company is very hesitant towards giving out refunds, even if it’s justifiable. My advise to you would be to either file a PayPal or bank dispute. Then you’re guaranteed some sort of solution. PayPal and banks usually tend to lean towards the customers side.
