Super speedy

Super speedy, ordered in the early hours Friday, and arrived Saturday! even gave me a cheeky extra g on my hash browns! those little gestures go along way! will definitely be recommending these guys!

listen 😂 i haven’t received no email from yourself the only email i’ve received was that you responded to my comment on this site which was yesterday
how come you haven’t explained the details of what the problem is (the email i sent you with proof of photos), but explained how my “money wasn’t payed”
please try and send the email again

We emailed you on the 11th Nov to the registered email on our website to which we received no response. We also emailed you again to your 2nd provided email on 14th Nov - again no response from yourself. We have no record of you ever making payment to us and no record of you ever emailing us at info@indicaxpress.co.uk


Original reply:
Your order was cancelled because payment was never made. You just purchased crypto from Coinbase then left it in your balance to go up and down, you never actually withdrew the money to our account neither did you send us proof of payment. This review is a false representation of our company.
Instructions clearly state you must purchase crypto and then send to our address (we actually send a whole page of instructions to every buyer)
The exchange you purchase from (Coinbase) has nothing to do with us. You also never contacted us once to ask why your order was cancelled or to ask if we even received your payment.
As no payment and no contact was received, your order was cancelled.

Slow dispatch

Slow dispatched on my 3 orders I've had.
Seems to be a delay and I couldn't track either. Shame when shipping isn't free like some of the other well known suppliers that get stuff to you next day.
Quality is ok - don't think it's true to mg but most edibles aren't and that's how they make big $$$ off us.
Might try one more order and try the bud itself next time then I've had everything on offer. I will do another post afterwards.

AMAZING!!

Was skeptical at first with ordering but these guys are 100% genuine. Ordered 3 times now. Had a problem with my last order, emailed them and they sorted it the same day and a replacement sent out. Fantastic customer service, always reply quickly to any queries and good quality products. I am disabled due to ME, fibromyalgia and arthiritis. This is the only thing that manages my pain and I have a better quality of life. Amazing that these guys provide a service to people like me who can’t afford to go down the private prescription route even though I am eligible. Will be a repeat customer for sure! Recommending to everyone in my fibro and ME support groups.

Great all round!

Great products, service, communication and prices!

Found the website on Reddit so was a little dubious, and wanted to start small. Ordered the 4 chocolate leaves for my first order to ‘test the waters’ and trust me it’s worth the 5 stars.

Thought the first order was a bit ‘weak’ for me so decided to up the strength of the edibles and get a disposable vape for good measure. These guys DO NOT mess around! The vape sounds a little pricy at £50 but my god is it worth it, a few hits and I was on my butt. Can see it lasting me a long while which is find by me as the quality if high and the vape is rechargeable 😊

Would recommend to anyone who was looking for a quick, easy and reasonably priced experience without any shady characters.
