AVOID this company

AVOID this company. We hired a motorhome from the Toddington depot of their subsdiary (JustGo) Toddington depot for the Easter weekend. The bed broke on the first evening. Despite a number of calls to the "emergency" On Road Support number, nothing at all was done to resolve the issue. In the absence of sleeping facilities we were forced to abandon the trip and return home the next morning. When we returned the vehicle, we requested a refund via their grievance report process. Over 5 weeks later and despite numerous follow up emails to we have received nothing but platitudes saying they are investigating the issue. Abysmal customer service.

review before my vacation is useless

how can i fill in a trustpilot review on somthing i cannot conclude yet.... and i would like to have more detailt info about for instance if there is somting like a wall outlet next to the 12v outlets(or usb)

Very disappointed, wouldn’t use again

Very disappointed with our recent Switzerland campervan trip experience.

Unfortunately, we had an unresolved water pump issue throughout the holiday, which meant we were unable to properly use the sink, shower, and toilet facilities for much of the trip. This caused major disruption to what was meant to be a dream holiday and resulted in additional campsite costs and changes to our plans.

What has been even more disappointing is the complete lack of communication afterwards. I raised the issue during the trip itself and was advised that the matter would be escalated and compensation reviewed once the vehicle was returned.

Since then, I have sent a formal complaint email 5 weeks ago, a further follow-up 2 weeks ago, and have also contacted the company through online chat and WhatsApp. Despite multiple attempts to resolve matters directly, I have received no meaningful response whatsoever.

I understand issues can happen, but ignoring customer complaints for weeks is simply not acceptable. I hope the company will now finally respond and address the matter properly.
