The support is still disastrous

The support is still disastrous. Somehow also slowly becoming amusing. I now know countless different agents, all of whom want to help, but none of whom actually do. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced from a company. Never book with Indie Campers.

We rented for 10 days in Luton

We rented for 10 days in Luton, UK
The campervan was fine, BUT...
From the beginning. The extra options are bad and expensive e.i. 45 GBP for 2 bad camping chairs and a small table.
AND NOW THE BIG ISSUE. We had an accident on the road and cracked the bumper and sidepiece, no damage underneath. A Google search shows a new bumper is 700 GBP. We were charged 1800 GBP to replace the bumper, which we reluctantly accepted. 5 days later, out of nowhere, after the rest of the deposit was returned, Indie Campers charged my card an other 230GBP with no other explanation, than the fact, that the staff hadn't taken a clear picture of the side on the damage report. That explanation arrived on email the day after my card was charged.
I expected to get ripped off because of the damage, but twice...
Stay away from them!

A comfortable booking experience

A comfortable booking experience, responsive and intuitive design. User experiences and reviews are super useful to make decisions, 10/10 would recommend.
Just uncomfortable that they force you to review.

Avoid

When we arrived at the determined time. Camper wasn’t ready. The poor people working there were trying their best.
It was just a disaster and so poor from a large company.
I would say I would definitely go somewhere else.
Again I feel so sorry for the staff working there.
it’s pure bad management from Indie/Bunk and there is a total lack of resources.
Just a poorly run company who charge enough for the service but again the staff are trying their best.
Would avoid using this company
