I placed an order, which was confirmed, and 5 days later I got an email stating that the item was no longer in stock. Glitch in the system, I guess, but seems like notification should have been more immediate.

I ordered a poncho which appeared fushsia. That is exactly the color I needed. To my surprise I received it but it was coral . I sent an email and also called and left a message and have not heard from anyone as of today.

The clothes are both stylish and classic, and sufficiently well made to last a long time with good care. The Essential Poncho is a three-season (in the north - winter in the south) basic that looks fantastic on every body type and works well with skirts, pants, jeans - dressed up or down, it's always appropriate.

Not true to size. I have other clothing from Indigenous in this size, this is one or two sizes too big and feels like it will easily lose its shape.

Indigenous clothing are always made with the highest quality, 100% organic cotton & I’ve kept the majority of my purchases! This is a rarity in todays clothing’s market! The website, return process, & customer service are excellent!

I had an experience where the Jogger Pant I ordered in blue were too short & about a year later, I ordered the same size Jogger Pant in black & the length was fine. I also have the same Essential Slub U Neck in five different colors & some of the back hems of the t-shirts are longer than others. I’m not sure how often inconsistency with sizes occur. I loved the color & thickness of a tank top I just ordered, but the length was too short. I’m shy of 5’ 9” & so the tank top wouldn’t have shown under my top, layer shirts that I was planning to wear the tank underneath. I often find this issue with tank tops from other brands too, where the torso portion of the tank isn’t long enough for me. I appreciate the quality of indigenous so much that I wish there were even more selection of different styles available & I will continue to shop with this exceptional company!

I appreciate that Indigenous is organic and fair trade, and the quality of the clothing is excellent, both comfortable and well designed.

I was confused about an order and it took several days to actually talk to someone. (Because I am East Coast.) When we connected, everything was taken care of and I was extremely pleased with my outcome. I really appreciate the personal touch.

Love this dress! The fabric has a luxurious soft cotton feel, and a nice cut that hangs beautifully. The size runs a little small so I had to exchange the medium for a large (full figured 5'3",150 lbs.). The shipping was all timely with eco-friendly packaging and the exchange process was quick and easy.

Online order was accurate and item was delivered quickly.

I love the organic cotton clothing I buy from Indigenous. Not to mention that is hard to buy "real" certified organic cotton as there is a lot of cheating going on in the industry. The pants and t-shirts I ordered are so soft and comfortable to wear as well as stylish. The sizing is true to size.

A sweater I ordered from Indigenous was oversold. It was the one I wanted the most and was very disappointed that they were unable to fill the order. There are stores in the area (Petaluma and Sebastapol) so they should have had a solution to pull inventory from those stores. When I reached out to customer service to ask if they can replace it with one similar, I did't receive a response at all. I think the clothes and quality are great, but this was not a good experience.
