Your website gift certificate process is ridiculous!
I had to purchase two certificates to get the amount that I wanted to purchase and then the certificates had to be forwarded to the recipient.

Avery was very supportive and understanding, helping me with an exchange for a pair of riding pants that were not sewn correctly in terms of the center seam. There was no charge for the exchange and even though the sale was over, it was honored. Thank you so much!

The size chart is not accurate. Runs large. There is also no zipper or way to close the jacket. There’s a single button at the top and that’s it, and it’s almost like a cape with sleeves. It’s hard to tell that from the photo. I contacted support for help and am still waiting to hear back.

I love the essential riding pant. They are soft and very comfortable. Folks keep asking where I got them!

The quality of what I purchased felt lovely and amazing. And the size was great. The problem? The way the descriptive copy was written, it was implied that that item I purchased was 100% cotton. It said "100% organic cotton" in the text. There was no other information on garment context so I thought I'd be fine. I'm highly allergic to Spandex, which was in my purchase.

My situation is unique, and I'm unhappy since it is so hard to find 100% cotton clothing. The two stars is because there was no copy that described the garment content.

Indigenous emailed a return label to mail and is refunding my money. Their clothing is lovely. I have an all cotton dress of theirs. Will look again in the future but contact them before purchasing to confirm fabric content.

Indigenous shipped the wrong item, but had the correct item to me before I'd even put the wrong item back in the mail to them. It actually turned out easiest for me to drop it off in the Sebastopol store, and Linda was extremely obliging.

The material of the shirts was so much thinner then pictured on the website. In addition, the legs on the joggers were cut so wide and short and out of proportion.

The pocket zipper broke open at first wear.

I purchased the maroon striped scarf. I was ready to send it back, as it was so stiff, a horrible texture. Your website said it would soften after first step ash. So I went ahead and washed it over instructions. If is softer, but not by a whole lot. It is not “flown” as described, at all. I feel like I cannot return it since I washed it. Disappointed as a expected a thin, flowy material.

My first outing with Indigenous. Clothing is soft, comfortable, well constructed, and stylish to boot! Great value. I look forward to more purchases.

The item took a little longer since I just moved but the jumpsuit in Mink is...chef's kiss. I look so elegant and pulled together in it. It has a nice weight to it and is so soft next to my skin.
I will order more item from Indigenous very soon.
