Amazing service and even better products!!

Unfortunately my birthstone made to order ring broke. Completely by accident no blaming! I got in contact with a lovely lady named Abbie. She responded with speed, and was more than happy to assist with my issue. I was offered either a complete replacement of my item, or the refunded amount on an Indigo Lune gift card. I went with the replacement and within 4 days, my confirmation order came through (bare in mind their 'aim is to respond to all enquiries within 3 business days'!) The customer service is absolutely amazing, and the products are too.

I had such a great experience with Indigo Lune 💗

I ordered a birthstone ring for my kids and when it arrived, it was missing one of the stones. I reached out and Jake and Chloe responded so quickly and were incredibly kind and helpful.

They immediately offered to replace it or give me a gift card, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their customers.

Awful customer service

I emailed and sent a DM within ten minutes of placing my order to request a simple change to the ring’s colour arrangement, so that the larger stone could represent my oldest child. I was advised to email, which I did promptly, but then received a generic response from Jake that clearly did not address my request.

Instead, I was told I couldn’t change my address due to not contacting within a certain timeframe, which is irrelevant to my situation. My request was made almost immediately after ordering and was a very simple adjustment.

This level of customer service is extremely disappointing. What should have been a meaningful and personal purchase has now been completely overshadowed by this experience.

Above and beyond service

I ordered custom matching rings for my sisters birthday present. After my local post office lost the package I was extremely upset and flustered and reached out to Indigo Lune to explain the situation. Jake responded and was able to send out a replacement and initiate an investigation with the carrier. I felt so supported after a negative experience with my local post office

Great customer service

Ordered two rings, one came incorrect. I reached out to customer service and they responded very quickly and rectified the situation immediately. I interacted with Jake who was wonderful! He was quick, polite and very helpful! This was my first time ordering from Indigo Lune and it was a great experience! Would definitely order from them again!

Outstanding Customer Service

I ordered the Toi Et Moi ring. It arrived sooner than expected and the quality is better than I expected. I love it!
Mistakenly, I didn’t check out my cart correctly so when my order arrived, my second ring was not there.
I contacted support and received an immediate response from the lovely, Jake who exceeded my expectations in providing a quick solution.

I received my first Indigo Lune order about 4 weeks ago and I instantly fell in love with my pieces! However 3 weeks into having the Zuri Ring a stone came out of its setting. I contacted customer service and was connected with Abbie and let me tell y’all, Abbie came through honey! She was so gracious and helpful, I literally couldn’t ask for a better customer service rep. She was able to send a replacement piece, that again I absolutely love and because of her service I can’t wait to shop with IL again!

Great customer service

Great customer service.
Jake from the team was very helpful and understanding and got me sorted quickly!
I had a stone fall out after only having it for 1 day and he organised a replacement quickly!
Would be nice to have a repair as an option though and just offer a reply paid envelope instead of a whole new ring and it seems wasteful having a ring sitting around just because it’s missing a stone 😔

Beautiful Jewelry, great customer experience

Beautiful, high quality pieces. Unfortunately I was sent a wrong item. I reached out to customer support online (at night time in the US). I woke up to a response from Holly. Holly was so quick to respond, and got me a replacement shipped free of charge immediately. I will be purchasing from this company again
