Within the hour he came the next day and cured the problem ,very professional service would not hesitate to use him again.

Called Indigo when I noticed wasps milling around some holes below the kitchen roof. They assessed the situation, gave plenty of advice and reassurance about the treatment, and carried out the treatment on the spot. After a couple of hours there were no more wasps and I haven't had any problems since.

Alex responded quickly to my message. Came within a day and treated the wasps nest. Very efficient and helpful. Would recommend and use again myself for any pest control problem.

The company reacted promptly to my request and the chap arrived on time after calling ahead. Once here he soon assessed the situation and applied a powdered spray to obviate our wasp problem.
Whilst I did not think the treatment was cheap, it appears to have solved the problem in one go and I would recommend the company.

Rang up on Friday evening after I noticed a lot of wasp activity by my eaves. Despite being slightly out of the area Indigo covered they agreed to come anyway, not only that but they agreed to come on Saturday at 11am. Alex duly arrived on the dot. Alex was very polite, professional and helpful, offering general advice on other pest control as I was having building work done. Wasp activity is now zero but Alex did say if there was still an issue on Tuesday they would come back and retreat free of charge.

So, very impressed and whilst I hope not to have to use Indigo again I would not hesitate, it will be my first port of call.

I don't usually give such positive reviews but Indigo are exceptional.

Highly recommended – we had a wasps' nest outside our front door (which was particularly tricky as I have a fairly severe phobia) and Indigo got to us within 36 hours of calling, explained everything clearly and, it would seem, destroyed the nest successfully! They will definitely be our first port of call if we ever need pest control services again.

I emailed indigo pestcontrol one morning because I had seen what I thought were lots of wasps around our roof just near our loft conversion and was concerned there was a nest as there had been activity there before. They phoned me back by lunchtime that day and offered me a callout the next day. They explained clearly the costs involved and what I might expect.
In the meantime all said wasps seem to have disappeared so I ended up cancelling the appointment. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and was able to offer advice (he thought they may have in fact been honey bee scouts) and was understanding about my late cancellation. I will be certain to call them again if we have any further trouble.

Having been let down by an unprofessional competitor, Indigo really excelled in providing "Exceptional Service and Customer Care". Arrived at the agreed time, managed our pest problem. Reached out to us 2 weeks later to arrange a follow up visit. Pest free happy home. This company and their team set the bar on how to run a business, look after the customer(peace of mind) and at half the price on a previous quote from a competitor.

I contacted Indigo last week with a suspected wasp nest. We are trying to sell our house and with viewings booked in, I needed it to be removed quickly. Indigo were fantastic - they came out that day and after a thorough investigation, decided no action was necessary because the nest was dying. Even though they came out to the house, they made no charge for their time. I would recommend them to anyone and I am so pleased I chose to use a local company.

I'd noticed a number of wasps zipping past the bedroom window and spotted them going under the eaves on the house. I found Indigo Pest Control via a Google search on my local area (Chiswick) - I had been looking for a local company with good reviews and their reviews were excellent. Called them, got an appointment with a 2 hour window in 2 days, which was fine - it wasn't desperately urgent. The guy turned up on time, extremely efficient, courteous, clean (he covered his shoes before waLiking across the carpets). Zapped wasps nest, treatment completed in 45 minutes - after a couple of hours, no wasp activity and there haven't been any wasps reappearing. Excellent value for money too. Highly recommend them.

Came home from holiday to find a massive number of wasps had taken up residence under the flat roof of my kitchen, even managing to burrow through and find their way into the house. With a house full of kids this was a major problem. It was late on a bank holiday so I emailed Indigo. I was called back by 8am the following morning, arranged for someone to come out that same morning - by midday everything had been taken care of. Fantastic service - really helpful and responsive and - most importantly - effective! I thought the charge was very reasonable given the prompt turnaround - they were by far the first to call back and I'd highly recommend this service. Being able to pay online after the service had been provided was really helpful.

Pleasant and efficient on the phone. Alex came promptly as arranged and dealt quickly with the wasp nest problem. No hesitation in recommending Indigo.

Indigo Pest Control was fast to respond to my query..replying to my email within minutes. The friendly office manager explained the process and the very reasonable cost ( cheaper than others I called). They were able to get to us that very afternoon.
Alex , the technician, was friendly and informative and fully knitted up in a protective suit - which impressed my son.
He treated the wasps rapidly and explained that if by any chance some were still left they would return as part of the service. He gave advice about family pets avoiding the treated area for a few hours.

Found a wasp's nest in the eaves. Called Indigo who came out same day and sprayed, despite the nest being in a tricky to reach position. They were helpful on the phone, explaining exactly what would happen. The operative who did the work called ahead to say he was on his way and was clearly experienced and competent. He made clear that, if the problem was not fixed on the first spray, they would come back with no further charge and respray. That was not necessary as the first treatment did the trick. I would definitely use them again.

Polite and efficient on the phone. On time, polite and efficient when dealing with the wasps' nest in our garden - with some advice to boot. Exactly what was needed :-)
