Terrible Customer Service – Still Billing Me After Account Closure

I used IndiHome Wi-Fi as a foreigner. It seemed like the best speed available, but honestly, I had no other choice. I paid over RP 470k monthly. After one year, I went to a GraPARI outlet to close the account and return the modem, which I successfully did. However, they told me they couldn’t close my account due to a 'technical problem' and because I am a foreigner—which I think was just an excuse. They continued to bill me even though I had stopped the service, still blaming technical issues. I want to warn other foreigners not to use IndiHome Wi-Fi. I’ve also heard from local friends that they have faced the exact same problem.

Telkom domination is ass

Telkom domination is ass; slow internet speed with high prices, and people were forced to utilize the ISP since there are no other than Telkom Indihome in many areas.

Easily the worst fibre optic provider…

Easily the worst fibre optic provider ever. 9 days without any connectivity this month. Cables constantly going down and the network going down when the line of sight is good.

No refund or any kind of service level agreement.

Do not use this internet provider they are truly awful.

indihome is A TOTAL RIP-OFF (THIEF) & A THREAT TO YOUR LIFE !!!

1ST CASE:
Indihome MISTAKENLY re-register the new address I move into (and it's just less than 1 mile apart from the old one!) and it took them 8 (EIGHT) DAYS to finally register the correct address and re-connect the account!!!
EIGHT DAYS without internet and it finally cost me my job!!!
and I realised that they are in the process of being taken over by telkomsel - another government owned company with bad service!!!
and the worst part is: THEY DID NOT/REFUSED TO BE RESPONSIBLE OF THEIR MISTAKE - I WAS STILL BEING CHARGED OF THE 8 DAYS I DID NOT USE THE SERVICE!!!

INDIHOME = THIEF!!!

2ND CASE:
when the connection suddenly died (although have been fully paid!) it took them 24++ HOURS to respond to my EMAIL REPORT and 72++ HOURS (3++ DAYS) to finally call to re-check/re-confirm the report & data...and still, NO TECHNICIAN arrived at the scene!!!
But this time - learning from the 1st case - I have directly called MyRepublic and got my new connection IN LESS THAN 3 HOURS !!!
and AGAIN - AS USUAL - THEY NEVER TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY OF THEIR MISTAKE & CRAP SERVICE!!!

1 star given is simply because I have reluctantly used the service for almost 2 years since there was no other option - until MyRepublic came along a few days ago!

INDIHOME BY TELKOMSEL = ICONET BY PLN = BUMN/GOVERNMENT OWNED = THIEF = CRAP!!!

Avoid Indihome: Overpriced and Poor Service

For friends or business owners coming to Indonesia and looking for an internet service provider, never use Indihome. Their service is extremely poor, and the price is very high—completely unjustified for the quality they provide. You should consider switching to another ISP instead.

This provider is bloody suck

This provider is bloody suck. Sometimes, the internet they provide to me is too poor. When i play a game, there's a chance in 1 out of 100 cases that you will get very bad connection, either total bad connection or just lagging out of nowhere. If you got that experience. Sayonara! That will be lasting up to for a long-term time.
