Came damaged/chipped after being advertised as in perfect warehouse stored condition then I emailed sent pics and heard NOTHING back and it wasn't a cheap stool

Great communication from indor regarding lead times for products, and prompt friendly customer service as one of the lamps I ordered was missing a bulb from the supplier, indor quickly arranged a spare bulb to be delivered within a few days.

Great service. Valeria gave me the time, patience and service I needed to help me make my decision regarding the sofa I wanted to buy. I could not visit the showroom so Valeria sent me fabric samples immediately. This was so helpful. We spoke on the phone after receiving the samples. Valeria answered all my questions openly which enabled me to make a decision in good confidence. I had not seen the sofa other than on the website. Valeria helpful feedback gave me the confidence to go for it! The sofa was delivered very carefully. Which further reinforced the feeling of being looked after. The sofa was even more than I expected in terms of look and comfort. So I could not be more delighted. I will be back no doubt for more home furnishings!

Quick reliable & excellent product

Problem made perfect by Indor. A £1k chandeliers was purchased 1.5 years ago and suddenly it stopped working. Indor went the extra mile with the manufacturer in Copenhagen(?) and exchanged it free of charge. That was the right thing to do. Too often stores wipe there hands of faulty products, but not this time. Thanks Indor for fixing the problem and keeping a customer happy.
