Amazing find, well made furniture and cool collection. Really liked everything and picked up quick a few pieces for our place.

After waiting three months for my sofas on delivery one of the large modules was a totally different colour and returned, I was not prepared to wait for a new module to be made and therefore asked for a return and refund, this was refused by Christian Dorin (Proprietor) as he claimed it was a special order which I totally refute, the fabric was available from a pre-determined list therefore I do not think it constitutes as a ‘built to order’ product. I offered a 90% refund as a goodwill gesture but this was refused with a counterclaim of 40% refund and return of sofas which would have left me out of pocket of £7,146.30 and the return of the remaining sofas. The material and build of the sofas are very poor quality and look nothing like the photos on Indor website.

I have just looked at the other Indor reviews on Trustpilot and amazingly the proprietor/CEO Christian Dorin has left his own company a five star review. Trustpilot is this allowed?????

Well I am pleased to see that Trustpilot took. down the 5 star review from Indors CEO Christian Dorin.
Now for a few facts, Indors reply is totally incorrect.
I had to order another sofa because I could not wait for the incorrect module that was delivered they expected me to wait a further eight weeks or more. The sofas that were delivered were not made in Italy as stated but from the Far East and very poor quality. I have ordered sofas from Sofa.com and Barker and Stonehouse and gave these companies five star reviews.
Indor like to state their Ts & Cs therefore order at your own risk as you will not be able to receive a full refund if the product is wrong/damaged etc. I am not the only other customer to complain if you read down the review list of Indors, I have also noticed they have quite a few reviews with 5 stars recently posted and each reviewer has only posted for Indor (strange).
All I can say is that Indor are very good at writing letters claiming their Ts & Cs but that is as far as is goes for customer care.

Great service, communication and delivery

I have been following Indor on Instagram for a long time and when we bought our new flat I couldn't wait to purchase some items from their shop!
They have a great selection of furniture that we were able to choose from and the girls helped and supported us throughout our project. I definetely recommend them!!

The team at Indor were excellent, they were really helpful in sourcing the products I needed for my new home. Marianna & Veronica were both organised and efficient, they met every deadline I set for them so that I could move into my home on time. Anytime I had any questions they were both also really quick to answer. I highly recommend using Indor whether you're looking to buy one item or furnish your home using their design services!

Great furniture, very helpful staff

Great owner, very well trained staff. I've been an absolute pain asking for tons of samples and emailing them every day, and they have always been very kind and professional .

Spent over £2k on furniture, when it arrived there were bumps and the finish predominantly at the arms of the chairs were had a poor finish. Apparently that was due to how the furniture was assembled and is standard for the chairs because they were made in Indonesia (i think) and not up to European standards,- I find out after the fact. That is not made clear before you buy. Don't be fooled by that caveat posted re natural wood and possible cracks due to weather etc. This was a manufacturing flaw, they were aware of, nothing to do with natural wood. Their disclaiming is misleading to put it mildly. They'd seen the flaw - still sent it, in the hope that returning it would be too much fuss/costly - rather than notifying me of the flaws, they claim 'adds to the charm' to check I was still happy to receive the chairs.
Their website markets images of perfect chairs, not chairs with lumps and bumps, that look like big chips on the arms. They refused to exchange the chairs because they said could not guarantee the new set would not be the same - again proof they were aware -, although I clearly expressed I was willing to wait for an exchange. I was not happy with the finish, they wanted me to keep the furniture and they refund me £100 but that would not cover the cost to rectify one chair much less 4 of them. Be careful returning because you have to pay for returning furniture (big items meant hiring a van company). I had to pay for returning the chairs and stool (like the design but couldn't cope with the finish), they knew they were being returned but they placed a closed sign on the door before closing, therefore delivery did not happen, I was charged extra for storage, Indor were not even gracious enough to admit they'd placed the closed sign up (despite timed photos and driver logs) or offer to reimburse me for the extra days of storage and delayed returning my money. Shop elsewhere. They may come back to imply I am not being truthful about my experiences but I have the emails and the images to back up everything I have said. They're just mean and greedy. Furniture looks nice online but don't be fooled by the glossy images.
