Unsafe. Offers no protection to drivers. You don't get a refund of your money when they charge you after you accept a ride and customer doesn't show or give wrong address. The recommended fares are too low but indriver doesn't care as they are making their profits still. This is the worst app to use to request rides. Also no customer service.

I had a terrible experience with Indrive due to the misbehaviour of your driver, Sherdil. He was rude, unhelpful with luggage, drove recklessly, and was unapologetic when confronted. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be using Indrive again.

Not safe for the women. The driver charged extra when then fare was lesser and the driver took from.a longer route in order to earn more. The driver was gazing at a bad way a fellow female co-passenger. He even argued with her but I protected her.

It's my 3rd time in a row whenever I booked a rickshaw from indrive, the drivers always come late drop you off at different places. They will ask for more money try to be over smart and then they will start arguing with you for no reason. This app is total useless and pathetic. They don't hire drivers with proper documentation or any proper process, just anyone can be their driver. Total distrustful and bad app to use. Dangerous police chase ending in hospital
My driver demanded more money than the quote on the app immediately I got in the car. He then drove so quickly the police stopped him at a roadblock. He then sped off nearly running down the two police officers. What followed was a dangerous 30 minute police chase until he pushed me out of the car whilst it was still moving. He took my money, my bags and I ended up having to receive medical treatment for broken ribs, a cut to my head and a twisted knee joint. Today my wife used your service to go her parents home in Baldia town and my wife used her own mobile phone. Everything was okay but today at midnight your driver Shafique texted my wife and sent some porn videos to her.
Do you guys think about what you are going to feel if it happens with your wife or daughter ???
We may not be the first ones who escalate this issue. I don't know what they did before to other innocent girls and probably they and I will not use your services again. These kinds of actions will lead to the loss of thousands of passengers and surely I'll tell others what this stupid driver did and also your action will play a pity good role in it so I can tell others about your services and put reviews on your website and trustpilot and all other platforms.
I want you to take strict action against this son of bi**h and cancel his license and also my assistant will gonna meet him as soon as possible.

Yesterday, I booked a cab through the InDrive app to travel from Mohali Tower to the Balongi main Gurudwara. Unfortunately, the ride turned out to be far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my experience.
Upon entering the cab, the driver informed me of an additional charge, citing it was applicable due to it being a Sunday. While I understand that there might be extra charges on certain days, the lack of transparency and prior notification was highly inconvenient, especially considering the urgency of my travel.
Adding to the distress, I was traveling with my pregnant wife. Despite explaining our situation multiple times, the driver insisted on the extra payment and did not empathize with our predicament. This lack of understanding and the driver's unwillingness to accommodate our situation was disheartening.
To make matters worse, when I refused to pay the additional amount and requested to continue the ride as booked, the driver suggested we leave the cab midway. This left my pregnant wife and me stranded on the way to our destination, creating unnecessary stress and discomfort.
As a loyal user, I believe in the reliability and integrity of the InDrive service. However, this incident has raised concerns about the transparency of your pricing policies and the conduct of your drivers.
I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to ensure that such incidents do not reoccur. Customers should be informed in advance about any additional charges, and drivers should be trained to handle situations with empathy, especially when passengers are in vulnerable situations.

As a driver for the InDrive app in south Africa I wish customers would post their profile pics. Selection of safer rides would be more efficient. We ignore / reject many rides without profile pics assuming it may be an unsafe ride.
