One has to wonder if this company screen and do background checks on their drivers ...obviously not! Why would you have a convicted criminal with a history of SA working for you & ended up abducting raping & murdering a teacher who used your app to book a taxi! Absolutely disgusting ...Ladies please do not use this service they are only interested in money not your safety!

Worst experience I have ever had. with…

Worst experience I have ever had with the app, my colleagues and I almost got kidnapped by a foreign driver who accepted our offer then half way wanted more money when we refused drove off with us we had to jumps off a moving car one of my colleagues broke her leg. Then indrive won't even give a damn about us. Guys if you don't monitor Sunnyside drives one day you going to have a dead person coz you hire illegal foreigners who don't care about anyone. Never been so traumatized in my life.

First ride and the last ride

I was waiting for rickshaw near Phoenix mall kurla since 1 hour. Then I booked with IR drive. These people charged me 148 for a ride which costs only 25 by rickshaw and 60 by taxi. Then a driver accepted. The number was MH03 3275.it showed driver arriving in 1 min. Then it showed arriving and suddenly the driver cancels my ride. No reason nothing. So first these people ask you to raise the fare raise the fare. Then they cancel the ride. So these people are cheats frauds thugs. DON'T EVER USE IT.

Please stay away from in drive. They not safe. I was dropped off then robbed by there driver and in drive will not assist regarding this. He dropped me at the mall then followed me inside where he grabbed cash money out of my wallet and ran away

Worst company ever

Worst company ever! I called a ride and the driver never arrived . I contacted the driver and he spoke no ENGLISH! So I canceled the ride due to the inconvenience. In drive still charged me even though I never took the ride ! I requested a full refund and it went into investigation. They denied my refund which is unacceptable. So basically I got charged for nothing ! Driver never showed up ! I will recommend Uber or Lyft ! At least the refund policy makes a lot more sense !

I have been using the app for the past 5 days and loved it, so easy to use and knowing the price was acceptable to both myself and the driver before the journey was good and no surprises. We found the journeys were much less than the local taxi prices etc def recommend.

Wasted time trusting InDrive App- missed my important morning meeting. I booked cab this morning 7.30 am and the chauffer didn't turned up till 8 am. Not responded to chat while call said his phone was in pocket.

Wrongfully accussed the driver!!

This must be quite honestly the most intellectually lacking company I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

After weeks of emailing and struggling to get any assistance with a potentially lost item in a driver's car, this company asks again for the ride details, which I share openly. They stated they would reach out to the driver about the LOST item and ask him to contact me.

The driver then reached out to me, only to share that the company had accused him of theft, saying that I logged a complaint.

They threatened this poor man, who was an amazing driver, and I gave him a 5-star rating and a 25% tip.

The poor administration and communication of InDrive from the South African office, is one of the most pathetic service delivery I've ever experienced.

Do yourselves a favour and pay R30 - R60 more for another service and steer clear of these ***********s.
