This is the worst app to use

This is the worst app to use. few days ago, I booked a cab for ₹430, not only he took thousand rupees from me. He also did not drop me on the right location and when I tried contacting the customer care, they actually asked me to wait for days and they told me that they’re trying to contact the driver, they have blocked the driver which will never going to help me, and I don’t even know if the driver is blocked or not, even if he is blocked, how will that help me in any sense because he’s not contacting them they’re not giving me money, they are not, they’re not returning. They just said it is not there area. They are just there to book a cab and the agreement is between the driver and the customer, they are just so basically they cannot help you. If you are in any situation, they will just ask you to wait until the driver himself will contact you which I don’t think he will ever do.

Scammers - Fake Luckydraw - Pakistan

I used to be a big fan of this app, but they have just done the biggest scam of this year, they told us to wait for live broadcast on 24th august, at 5pm. But they started a fake / scammy broadcast at 9, they announced random IDs , indrive has nothing to do with IDs and customers don't have any IDs. Then, i asked their support, and support girl, Name Aqsa, she said she doesn't know anything about these announcement,i shared screenshots as well, she said she didn't have any idea. #fraud #scam

What the useless this company is literally…

What the cheao this company is literally f.I have did ride on main road I stay 15 min on wait of driver. Driver didn't picked the call and haven't come or cancelled ride I contacted support to talk him regarding the issues the cheap support never come online or give number due to rain my laptop was get damage but company never attend me even on support and I am regular ride just do advertising useless cheap never improve quality. Highly Recommended in india

I had travelled India. My friend Dinesh recommended me to book a cab in India. It had helped me a lot for booking a cab rather than paying higher prices. Also it has call message features and you can make call in Indian number (driver) through app without Indian SIM. Thank You indrive for making my travel safe and sound.

inDriver - A Cheater

On 28.6.2024, I booked one inDrive cab for one trip from our home (Seal Lane, Kolkata) to RG Stone Hospital (Dhakuria, Kolkata). One Mr Chandan kr with his Swift car # WB04G7401 arrived the pickup point at 10.45 AM. Our first impression with the driver was that the he was unmindful and drunken. While my wife (aged 65 years) was about to get up in the car (one leg on the road, another inside the cab; door fully open), the driver rolled the car at high pick up speed. My wife was pushed out of the car and fell down on the road. Instantly, we all there shouted and the car stopped just two inches before her leg. She was crying with unbearable pain in her leg and unable to raise her body. My neighbours held her up and brought to our apartment. Her leg was found injured with several cuts and swelling. Very soon the whole right leg was attacked with hematoma and infection. While we were busy with my wife, the driver fled taking his car. We called a physician for her primary treatment. Later took her to Manipal Hospital Salt Lake, where her ankle was found fractured.
I lodged a complaint before inDrive customer care service. I demanded a punitive action against the errant driver and financial compensation for the medical treatment of my wife. Over phone they committed all kinds of help. But, when I demanded explicit reply through emails, they repeatedly avoided me and discontinued conversation with me.

Pathetic/Rude drivers and bad car conditions

Pathetic drivers and car conditions. Rash driving. Drivers using mobile phones continuously without checking the road leading to accident conditions.
Even raising complaints wont help as no one calls you.
I had 3 bad experiences in past with them but yesterday 21st July crossed all limits.

I booked a taxi from home till Chandigarh railway station. A very old taxi driver Ravinder Singh came. He was using Indrive maps and wasnt aware of directions. It was taking him to dead end routes. I ended up late to destination.
On arrving at destination,He asked me more money for a flaw with him or the app. I refused. He started misbehaving with me inside car. Told me to get out. Even told that if he knew I wouldnt have paid him more then he would have left me somewhere on the road. He was extremely rude and refused to take money which was set but wanted more. Since i was already late, i gave it to him and left.
I learnt my lesson - Not to take indrive ever and not to lamely believe that old people are all good.

Missing parcel

We have booked a parcel on Sunday, 5pm waste pick up time,it was to be delivered in chandigarh by night . Driver by 9.30 has switched off his number and its been 12 hours we are trying to contact customer care, since there is no help line of in-drive all we can do is chat .

Am booking ac can through in drive but in the road their was a traffic 10min and am travel with baby , and suddenly the driver switch off the ac and once am tell this driver why u do this he argue with me and he told to me u make report whr u want I don’t care.
