Genuine product but lengthy in delivery.

The experience was good overall. However lengthy and with use of excuses for the length of wait prior to delivery. That said, the product did arrive; it was the right size and no parts were missing.
In my opinion, to improve the business, it ought to be outlined from the beginning that the item would take a certain amount of time obtain, ship, make and be ready for delivery.
The rest is fine.
Communication is prime for success in any business.

I had a custom order and when it…

I had a custom order and when it arrived it was not correct. I contacted the company on 27th July and had no response to my email which I sent to the person I had been in contact with.

In addition my lady 2 emails prior to despatch were mot replied too, maybe the person was on holiday.

Really poor

So far not great - similar to other review I’m concerned I’ve been scammed. Ordered an item two weeks ago (delivery due with 3-5 days) and just emailed to check on status and email is bouncing back. Chat on website doesn’t really work. Hoping this prompts a response.

Update - 9 August - having had a few messages on chat (email still not working) saying it’s on its way - it’s still not arrived!

Excellent.

The handrail I ordered was mistakenly sent to the wrong address. I was offered the choice of either a full refund or a replacement. It took a while for them to fabricate another one but it arrived eventually and I’m pleased with it. It was easy to install and looks good.

Response to Industrial Maestro reply to my review.

Following my recent repeated dissatisfied review of the product and service, and Industrial Maestro's further response indicating that it was my delay in acknowledging receipt of a perfect product - an explaination was given by me - but clearly not accepted by them but also that it was my installer who had damaged the product. On completely unpacking and removing the protective cellophane covering (I had no need to remove that prior to installation - or so I thought) it was my installer who pointed out the scratches prior to installation. My previous interactions with the supplying manufacturer had already alerted me to their lack of engagement with my issues. For instance, when I said I wanted to order chrome silver finish - I was told by email that neither chrome or silver was part of their colour range. I certainly am in possession of 'silver' finish on brackets. Clearly someone just being difficult at their end.

Regarding your claim about the damaged item, please note that we were informed of the issue more than a month after delivery. The photos provided show damage to the end part of the rod, which appears to have occurred during assembly, rather than transit or delivery.

We always strive to support our customers, but unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damages that occur during assembly, especially after such a delay in reporting.

The product l ordered looked good…

The product l ordered looked good except the bannister rails which arrived in 4 pieces instead of two which could not be used, l required the lenghs ordered but that exceeded the lenghs you supply, very disappointed.

The item is good. The delay and poor communication was really bad.

The item is really good, and I'm pleased with it. However, the communication was incredibly poor, to the point that I thought I had been scammed for two months. I sent online messages, Whatsapps, made phone calls, and it took an age to receive any recognition and get an update on the order. When it arrived, I was really pleased. However, it was a huge inconvenience communicating, getting updates, and finding out that was happening.

I ordered the incorrect thing

I ordered the incorrect thing, they tried to find correct alternative for me (which has not been invented yet it seems!). Quick refund, good comms and I'd use again based on this.
