Very good quick delivery & product was great.

Taken me a while to put up this rail, as decorating the room using contemporary colours but now it’s up and looking brilliant. Perfect for what I wanted. Sturdy attached to both a solid and partition wall and easily going to take the weight of clothes. Sourcing suitable screws was easy and they match the rail perfectly. Now onto decorating the next room and I know now where to get a brilliant clothes rail from!

TERRIBLE!! Industrial Maestro sent COMPLETELY WRONG items and sizes and now the communication has stopped. They don't answer the phone or whatsapp. So disappointed.
There was a clear drawing for this order with dimensions on the order email. What was sent is unusable...

I initially asked if they could provide a service for an open wardrobe, sent an image and got a response a few days later saying they could, just send a sketch and measurements to get a quote. I put all the measurements and spec I wanted on the image and then……absolutely nothing, chased three times and have now gone with another company who can at least communicate and give me what I’m requesting.

Reading the reviews it would appear I’ve had a very lucky escape. So I thank them for my lucky escape and give them 1 star for appalling communications. Thank god I went with a proper company!

Do not order from this company. They are expensive and sell themselves as ‘high quality, fast delivery’ but what they provide is anything but that. My order arrived weeks late, with no information provided regarding dispatch, tracking, delivery ETA. I’ve had the rails up for a couple of weeks, and they are completely ruined already. All of the paint has chipped off, exposing the hideous bare conduit underneath it. I contacted the company and requested a refund, and they are refusing to give my money back until I’ve returned all the items. I cannot do this as I’m using them in my shop! I can’t open a clothes shop without any rails?! Terrible company. An absolute waste of my money and time as a small business owner, really upset and disappointed.
