Ordered a smart kit for my son
Ordered a smart kit for my son. When we unpacked it there were bits missing. After 2hrs of build and another 2hrs of searching bits that were not there, we have 3 bits of metal connected.
I contacted inferno, who then sent me a PDF of the parts. As I am down a printer at the moment checking the parts off took a while. Running off a computer screen whilst entering a password over and over takes a while.
It looked like I was missing a few bits. But as I simply confused myself, I was not certain of everything.
I highlighted the box count I had and did not get a response. Nothing back from them. I then chased… nothing back.
My son got a couple of blind bags from his Dad on his birthday. Because the inferno kit could not be used.
Thanks for the memories guys.

From our records, it seems we only received your initial inquiry and then heard back from you when a refund was requested. At that time, we tried to clarify if the fastener bags (EXP/PIO 1/8 to 8/8 and SMA 1/1) were present, and if any were missing, we would have gladly sent them over right away.
The parts list was meant to serve as a reference to ensure everything was accounted for, but we realize this might have been confusing. We’re very sorry if our communication didn’t meet your expectations.

Would 100% recommend
We love the Infento smart kit we got for our 9 year old. Delivery was very quick and smooth and the kit is a genius toy to build your own rides, adapted to different ages. Tbh a great toy for the parents too! Teaches some real engineering in a fun way. Would 100% recommend.

It's more than a purchase, it's joining an experience
I bought the Infento Legend kit for my Godson and God daughter's kids, 3 of them. The amount of equipment in the considerably big packages was impressive as were the online instruction packs and the easy graphics were good enough for kids to understand!! The aftermarket clubs and advice is also impressive and immersive. Buy Infento, a great experience that I can thoroughly recommend and much more than just a product!!

Excelent kit
I built the first tricycle together with my nephews for my one-year-old boy. everything went well, I followed the steps in the online manual. he started using it, it is very solid, and we will do the others for his age.

It's a drama
It's a drama. They lost my order in the shipment, they sent it back to me but incomplete. I'm still waiting to receive parts. Also, the riders' manuals don't appear and I can't start assembling them. I've been having a lot of problems for weeks, with a lot of emails. I'm very upset.

I ordered a Legend Kit
I ordered a Legend Kit for my son's birthday.
As expected the kit arrived up to 5 working days.
Spending some hours to get into building our first ride (Minibike), I got stuck at some point, as I thought I was missing some parts. Tried to contact the live chat, but instead was prompted to leave a msg. Not sure what exactly was going on, I ended up waiting 2 days before I tried to directly contact via email. I got a prompt reply, with a list of all boxes and parts I should have had. Upon investigating I realized that real issue is that I got an additional (profile connection joint "A") on the expense of (profile connection join "B"). This mistake ended up delaying my son's first ride for about 8 days (back and forth emails with support to identify the issue), and before I spent more time, waiting for a solution on their part, I just ordered some additional parts on my own, just to have my kid has his first ride ASAP.
After that I just wrote a new email via the same ticket, stating that I have already ordered additional parts and I just would like them to see that are promptly shipped. I've got a quick response.
It kind of struck me a bit strange that after the mistake they've made I wasn't offered any kind of apologies or discount on my parts order.
Overall:
I think the product is amazing, every part seems solid , but they need to work on their customer service (working live chat, prompt issue resolving etc.)
We all make mistakes and that's understandable, but when the slightest mistakes, might affect your kid's mood, there should be a better, quicker, and more apologetic reactions on their side.

Great product
The kit is impressive and versatile. Many models of rides can be made. However for children it is not easy at all to assemble it. Even the adult should be experienced in DIY or having mechanical skills. Assembling the first ride took more time than expected, because of the need to become familiar with the parts, assembling patterns and other nuances. Later it goes faster.
