over experience is good but there few…
over experience is good but there few parts which are low in number like M8 locknuts and M6 locknuts and other parts. few rides are unnecessarily complex and use all parts . need to release rides with few parts.

Great kits and support.
The quality of the kits are great. The directions are good and will get you through the the construction of the kit. I built the GoCart but 2 pieces were missing. Infento sent me the items I needed very quickly. I really value the riding vehicles and are of great quality. Love it.

Better than my expections!
Absolutely great, massive, quality product, it is very good to build it with your kid. You can build multiple tricicles, bikes, scooters. The customer service is great too, they always reply and give you punctual infos.

Kids love it, poor parts service
This is a great product and my kids love to build with it and enjoy all of the different rides we have created. We added the electric upgrade a few years back and have really enjoyed that as well, and we can go on 2 mile walks where the boys take turn riding/driving along side us and we have never run out of battery. The bad comes from issue we had with the belt guard breaking and we cannot get parts for it in a timely manner. There is no way to order parts in the US, so you have to email back and forth with customer service, which was originally quick. Then, they shipped the wrong parts, told me they would get the right ones out to me, and now it has been 2 weeks that the second order is pending, and no one will answer my emails. So, it has now been almost a month out of service, so it is kind of a disappointment.

I am truly sorry to hear about the issues you've faced and the delays in receiving the correct parts. Unfortunately we are understaffed at the moment which is the reason why our response time has increased. This was only made worse by a technical issue we have had in sending our orders to the warehouse and for this I apologize.

Awesome product!
I liked the idea of having the same 2-3 boxes out of which we can make 39 different rides ("Smart" kit), depending on age, instead of having to buy a new ride as he grows up.
Delivery was 5 days in EU, as advertised, with no missing parts.
Start by sorting all nuts and bolts :)
Tried 2 rides so far, Gaia and Hiker. Turns out the manual age indication is spot on, at least in our case. Needed to go back to Gaia as toddler is not 2y old yet :)
Both rides are solid and pretty lightweight, considering the materials used. We`ll see about other rides, in time.
