Excellent product, the dresses are so versatile and brilliantly made. The Material and finish are high quality and the various styles are flattering for everyone. Dispatch and delivery was much quicker than expected and packaging was nice.

Customer service was all going well until they decided to offer me a 50% refund. Once I accepted this I was completely ignored and no refund issued!!
Was really impressed with everything up until this moment.
I asked to return the dress as due to long shipping times we had to go elsewhere for the dress. I was offered to keep the dress with 50% refund which I was over the moon about. However after accepting that offer it was retracted which I was really unhappy about. I then tried to contact customer services multiple times and have been completely ignored.
