Not right for the occasion
Unfortunately we decided to go with a different design for our bridesmaids dresses, however the customer service was excellent, fast responses and sorted a refund very quickly. The dresses are also a lovely design and a beautiful colour (dusty blue), just not right for this occasion.

The dresses are exactly as the picture I have seen them on another site for double the price! The colour is beautiful (dusky blue) and we are travelling abroad for our wedding are ideal to fold and take, the bandeau is an added option (free)and perfect as some of my bridesmaids want to wear and some done customer service is very prompt too

Their customer service was excellent. I was a bit concerned when the payment had gone but I had no confirmation email. But I emailed and they responded immediately and reassured me they would look into it. Then contacted me again with 24 hrs to confirm it was on its way. It arrived promptly and fits beautifully. I am really happy with the dress and the service

Charged for an order I didn’t place!
I was going to order from here however realised during the checkout process that The delivery time was too long for what I needed. So did not complete the process. The site said the order was unsuccessful however I was then charged. Contacted them immediately and now I’ve been back and forth for 3 days asking them to cancel the charge. They keep replying completely ignoring what I’m saying. Please just cancel the charge. This is rediculous!

They do not want returns
They do not want you to return your items. It's probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You really have to argue with them. I bought a bridesmaid dress. I told them it was too small and no fit for purpose due to the raw edges (wearing a dress with no finished edges all day will fray and rip). I received a reply that the raw edges are so that you can cut it to any length you want without any reference to the return request. I told them I still want to return. They said I could keep the dress and get refunded 1/3 of the money. I had to argue with them for a further 2 emails until they agreed to a return and refund. Then they sent me a return address in America! I argued again that I bought it from the UK (return to sender address on the parcel was Ipswich) and they finally sent me a UK return address. I will have to pay for tracked postage but at this point I just want rid of this dress and their company. I wish I had never bought from them.

This *is not* a U.K. store and should be reported for false advertising.
Dresses are shipped from China.
*Do not* order from here if you are expecting a speedy delivery. They advertise a 3-6 day service which they cannot fulfil - feel like I’ve been scammed paying an extra £13 for it to arrive on time. 10 days later and they’re now advising me it will be another week “due to Covid”. Not acceptable.
The dress now won’t arrive on time. I wish I had seen previous reviews here before purchasing. Never would have purchased if I knew this wasn’t a U.K. company.

Completely different colour to advertised in my opinion
Product received were a completely different colour to advertised in my opinion. Company would only exchange if I paid the return fee and redelivery fee (approximately £20) despite the product being completely different to what was advertised (in my opinion). They appeared to refuse to acknowledge that the clothes were different colours. I personally would not use this company again due to their customer service and inaccurate photos (in my opinion).

Use PayPal to protect yourself!
I tried to cancel the order a few hours after ordering due to finding the negative reviews and was told it was too late. When they arrived the quality was awful and the colour was more mint than sage. The hems were badly cut and the linesof the fabric off. I was told to get a refund I had to pay postage to the US ! (I'm In the UK) I opened a dispute on PayPal and 2 months later got my refund (luckily!). After it being settled they emailed me trying to get me to accept 30% refund! Too late!
