Do not buy these dresses, they are not good quality and when I tried to return they said I had to post them to America (even though they had come from the UK). Argued this, so instead they asked me to leave a 5* review in exchange for my money back. The dresses went in the bin.

Dress comes from CHINA and if you want to return it, you get USA address - and need to pay for shipping!

Bad quality
I brought 8 bridesmaid dresses from this company they stated they were based in the UK. So I thought they would be good quality when I got my tracking I realised they were coming from China! They did arrive quick but you'd think so having to pay £50 delivery. The quality was shocking cheap flimsy material and definitely wouldn't fit all sizes like they state! After reading the reviews I didn't think I stood a chance getting a refund but I was persistent and eventually they gave in and said they would refund me. It cost £100 to send them back as there return address is in America so all in all the deliveries cost me £150 but I did get a refund. I wouldnt advise anyone to buy these dresses but if you make the mistake I did and need to return them from the UK use DHL as they are the cheapest.

Absolute joke of a company
Absolute joke of a company. I ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses to be told that they could only send one and the other 2 at a later date. I agreed with this and received the first one (awful quality), but never received the other 2. I sent the original dress back and asked for a full refund to which they told me I couldn’t have until they got the all of the dresses back (despite me never receiving 2 of them). I have now paid over £30 to ship this dress back (to the USA!!) & have heard nothing from them (the dress was tracked and has been delivered). I was also told that it will take 3-5 weeks for a refund. Absolute going on avoid at all costs, save yourself the hassle.

Absolute cowboys - Awful con of a company who try and blackmail a good review before refunding
Awful con of a company. Ordered an infinity dress and dress that arrived is poorly made, no hem, cheap material and very shiny. Nothing like the photos on the site.
When I contacted for a refund I was offered 1/3 of the price so that I don’t need to worry about shipping. I told them this wasn’t acceptable and the said they would refund 50%. It was only then that I realised that despite looking like a UK site it is overseas and to ship back you need to send to the USA.
I had no option but to accept the 50% price (bearing in mind I had already paid £16 delivery on top of the dress price).
I was told it would only be refunded upon a 5 star review and photographic evidence. THE COMPANY TRY AND BLACKMAIL YOU TO GET ANY SORT OF REFUND!!! I can only assume the other good reviews had to do the same.
I refused and threatened with trading standards due to illegal practices, and received a 50% refund.
So I’m still out of pocket, have a unusable tatty fabric and I’m now having to source new bridesmaids dresses.
I urge you not to place an order and have to go through what I went through.
