Plan is impossible-READ, impossible to cancel, with no responses from ‘support’ to respond to requests.
They have stolen 400$ of my cash, without confirming any subscription or agreement.
AND ignoring multiple requests to cancel.

SCAM ALERT. Its system won't let you cancel, then you're autocharged and they make up ANY EXCUSE to not make the situation right. ALSO avoid its sister site: Ladystrategist
Paid for the advertised "one-off" special upgrade but still can't access the premium slides - my account plan remains as "Free", not the premium. I have contacted them via their contact methods, but have received ZERO advice back from them. I wish I had have read these reviews before purchasing...now my hard earned $$ is now in their pocket in exchange for ZERO product.
This company is a scam. They do not reply emails and answer the phone.
Just terrible. I tought it canceled after the first payment but they charged me again. Support does not work, no one replies and I could not get a refund or receive a reply.
Avoid.
Ok product. They coerce you to sign up for 1yr service. They know that they can't get repeat customers. The support team is of no help. Stay away from these guys.
I did not find the templates useful. Was auto renewed and asked for a refund, they said they would and then ghosted me.
