Just another Indian company that unlawfully spams personal emails using random Outlook addresses, making it difficult to block. The emails promote digital services I never consented to receive. When I asked to stop the spam, they told me to contact someone without providing any contact details. A very strange bunch.

Update: During a conversation with their representative, Milly Mittal, she acknowledged that they endorse this practice. However, she justified it by saying that it's acceptable for them to spam personal email addresses because 'everyone' in India is doing it. She even sent me a screenshot of her desktop with multiple spam email header tabs open. It's strange that you claim this is false. Maybe you should ask Trustpilot to remove this review? ;)

Spammers who hide behind an outlook email address

This company send out mass spam and do so behind an outlook email address hiding who they are.

When asked why this does not prove they are a poor company they hide in shame.

As other reviewers have said they hide as soon things don't go there way!

As they did not edit their response despite it being proven incorrect they are the ones breaking Sections 153 and 153A

Also anyone thinking of using then take their reply and lack of replies as a warning. They will stop call communications, fake their data, and threaten legal action as soon as you challenge then!

We collaborated with this company for five months but, unfortunately, saw no results. Throughout our partnership, they repeatedly assured us that outcomes would improve, yet our keyword rankings on Google and Bing never showed any progress—especially for our best-selling product.

I consistently flagged ongoing Google Analytics issues, but they never followed up effectively. Additionally, they failed to accommodate our requests to attach product images to their blog and article postings, which was crucial for our marketing efforts.

Ultimately, our collaboration ended due to their continuous demands for advance payments while delivering only minimal work for a few days before requesting additional funds. This lack of follow-through and commitment made it clear that the partnership was not beneficial for us.

Very cooperative guys. They answer very quickly, and are always very supportive.

I take back my 5 star review I left earlier. Yes Infoicon has helped a bit with SEO but the improvement is slow. When I started working with them on a Google ad - that's been a nightmare. I paid them for the service on June 14th, 2024. It is now 9/10/24 and the ad is still not up and running. They initially made an ad that didn't target what I wanted it to be. They didn't explain what happened. Then there were technological issues on Googles end, for which was never explained to me even though I asked numerous times about it and they blamed it on my credit card???? Now they have set up a new campaign. I sent back edits I wanted over a week ago and they didn't respond. I asked about it again yesterday and they sent me the same info they already sent me, with nothing changed. DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR GOOGLE AD SUPPORT!

I worked with Kulvant Singh at this company. Communication is straight forward, transparent, and responsive. The company does a local SEO for my company. The service is effective and the prices is affordable. I regularly get the monthly report and I do see that my SEO is improving all along.

Warning: A Disappointing Experience with Infoicon Technologies

I recently engaged Infoicon Technologies for a complete redesign and conversion of a small webshop to the Shopify platform. Unfortunately, my experience with them has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others considering their services.

From the outset, there were significant challenges. Despite the agreed-upon deadline for a complete conversion by October 1st, Infoicon Technologies struggled to get started due to their lack of familiarity with basic Shopify access. This initial setback set the tone for a series of delays that became frustratingly routine.

One of the most disappointing aspects of my interaction with Infoicon Technologies was their lack of creativity and insight into my business. The designs they provided were a glaring 100% standard, showcasing a complete absence of any imaginative flair or understanding of my company's identity.

To make matters worse, after a two-month delay, they demanded the final payment before completing the project. Given their track record of failing to meet deadlines and adhere to the originally agreed-upon specifications, I found it incredulous that they expected full payment for an unfinished task.

In essence, Infoicon Technologies has not only failed to deliver on their promises but has demonstrated a severe lack of professionalism and commitment to their clients. Their inability to meet deadlines and deliver unique, tailored solutions should serve as a red flag for anyone considering their services.

We are still waiting for a refund because the contract was not honored. After several mails, screenshots, creating a HTM form (as we wanted), PDF and Word documents, video call and countless mails with description, they still did not manage to create the HTML form correctly (although we had sent one as HTML). After that we canceled the order and wait until today for the refund!
