All my websites (up to 10) are hosted on Infomaniak. I'm very satisfied with all the products (hosting, domain, service mail, swiss backups...). There are a number of practical guidelines available. The support, when I needed it, has always helped fixing the issues I have had.

Very good products and services and the support is excellent. Ok at start you have to do some reading and digging on the product they offer. But you can ask support if you don't get it and they will help you with every question you got. So at this point if have the mail, drive, chat environment i want for an overall reasonable price.

I’ve been waiting for almost a full day for them to approve my account. I’m very upset because my work is on hold, and I’ve already initiated a migration from another hosting provider. I contacted support, but they ended up closing my ticket. I don’t understand how they can treat their customers this way.

In principle an ethical cloud, which speaks loud about cloud business in general... But now Infomaniak is becoming so automated that they are failing on being accessible to the clients. All communication through filling forms went too far.

One of the best infrastructure supporter for my experiences.
Hosting is supercheap, I manage my startups with alternatives to slack/mail.
DNS/domains is economic.
Support is inmediate.

Je viens de vivre une expérience extrêmement décevante avec Informaniak. Durant la période d'essai, j'ai rencontré des problèmes techniques importants. L'application ne fonctionnait pas correctement sur mon Mac et les fichiers que j'ai sauvegardés sur mon PC ne se synchronisaient pas avec le cloud.
J'ai passé plus de 3 heures à chercher des solutions dans les tutoriels d'Informaniak et sur le web sans trouver de réponse efficace. Lorsque j'ai finalement contacté le service client, on m'a demandé une multitude de détails techniques, notamment la version de l'application Kdrive installée, qui n'était pas clairement indiquée nulle part.
Points négatifs :
Problèmes techniques : Application non fonctionnelle sur Mac et problèmes de synchronisation
Service client : Demande excessive de détails techniques et manque de clarté dans les instructions
Manque de réactivité : Pas de réponse après avoir demandé un remboursement

ENGLISHI recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Informaniak. I encountered significant technical issues. The application didn't work properly on my Mac, and files I saved on my PC wouldn't sync with the cloud.
I spent over 3 hours searching for solutions in Informaniak's tutorials and online resources without finding an effective answer. When I finally contacted customer support, they asked for a multitude of technical details, including the version of the Kdrive app installed, which wasn't clearly indicated anywhere.

I wouldn't recommend Informaniak unless they resolve these significant issues.
