Very satisfied

All my websites (up to 10) are hosted on Infomaniak. I'm very satisfied with all the products (hosting, domain, service mail, swiss backups...). There are a number of practical guidelines available. The support, when I needed it, has always helped fixing the issues I have had.

Very good products and services and the…

Very good products and services and the support is excellent. Ok at start you have to do some reading and digging on the product they offer. But you can ask support if you don't get it and they will help you with every question you got. So at this point if have the mail, drive, chat environment i want for an overall reasonable price.

Absolutely outstanding user support

Absolutely outstanding user support, special thanks to the kDrive team. They have recovered links that I've forgot to copy and save. I already thought the files were lost but the team was so kind and so fast, they recovered the links quickly. I don't know if I ever encountered such efficient and great support, thank you the kDrive team!

Slow support, I’ve been waiting for a full day

I’ve been waiting for almost a full day for them to approve my account. I’m very upset because my work is on hold, and I’ve already initiated a migration from another hosting provider. I contacted support, but they ended up closing my ticket. I don’t understand how they can treat their customers this way.

Too automatized

In principle an ethical cloud, which speaks loud about cloud business in general... But now Infomaniak is becoming so automated that they are failing on being accessible to the clients. All communication through filling forms went too far.

I use infomaniak since years.
One of the best infrastructure supporter for my experiences.
Hosting is supercheap, I manage my startups with alternatives to slack/mail.
DNS/domains is economic.
Support is inmediate.

Déception - Problèmes techniques et service client insatisfaisant

Je viens de vivre une expérience extrêmement décevante avec Informaniak. Durant la période d'essai, j'ai rencontré des problèmes techniques importants. L'application ne fonctionnait pas correctement sur mon Mac et les fichiers que j'ai sauvegardés sur mon PC ne se synchronisaient pas avec le cloud.
J'ai passé plus de 3 heures à chercher des solutions dans les tutoriels d'Informaniak et sur le web sans trouver de réponse efficace. Lorsque j'ai finalement contacté le service client, on m'a demandé une multitude de détails techniques, notamment la version de l'application Kdrive installée, qui n'était pas clairement indiquée nulle part.

Points négatifs :
Problèmes techniques : Application non fonctionnelle sur Mac et problèmes de synchronisation
Service client : Demande excessive de détails techniques et manque de clarté dans les instructions
Manque de réactivité : Pas de réponse après avoir demandé un remboursement
Je suis particulièrement surprise de voir autant d'avis positifs sur Informaniak, car mon expérience a été catastrophique. Il semblerait que les choses fonctionnent bien... jusqu'à ce qu'elles ne fonctionnent plus. Et c'est là que les problèmes commencent.

Avertissement aux professionnels : Si vous rencontrez des problèmes avec Informaniak, ne vous attendez pas à un dépannage efficace et rapide. Les complications secondaires qui peuvent en découler peuvent être importantes, notamment en termes de perte de temps et de productivité. Il est clair qu'Informaniak n'est pas équipé pour gérer les problèmes de ses clients de manière efficace.
Je ne recommanderais pas Informaniak à moins qu'ils ne résolvent ces problèmes importants.

ENGLISHI recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Informaniak. I encountered significant technical issues. The application didn't work properly on my Mac, and files I saved on my PC wouldn't sync with the cloud.
I spent over 3 hours searching for solutions in Informaniak's tutorials and online resources without finding an effective answer. When I finally contacted customer support, they asked for a multitude of technical details, including the version of the Kdrive app installed, which wasn't clearly indicated anywhere.
After losing over 3.5 hours trying to resolve these issues, I r
Negative points:
Technical issues: Non-functional application on Mac and synchronization problems
Customer support: Excessive requests for technical details and lack of clarity in instructions
Lack of responsiveness: No response after requesting a refund
I'm particularly surprised to see so many positive reviews for Informaniak, as my experience was catastrophic. It seems things work well... until they don't. And that's when the problems start.
Note that Informaniak offers a 30-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied...

Warning to professionals: If you encounter issues with Informaniak, don't expect efficient and rapid troubleshooting. The secondary complications that can arise can be significant, particularly in terms of lost time and productivity. It's clear that Informaniak is not equipped to handle customer issues effectively.
I wouldn't recommend Informaniak unless they resolve these significant issues.
