what a legal scam ..

what a legal scam ... it started with the call in with English did not work .. then the operator transferred me .. took way too long .. called back and we tried in German. Some background, I received an InKasso (note the letters ass) for my former partner that I have not contact in five years. After answering all the questions the operater stated that this was not the person on the letter .... no nah ... female male names. I wanted to know if I could pay the invoice since the pricing of a 21 euro bill will increase faster then a slot machine and I do not like bill collectors. The answer was "datenschutz" ... yes I know, but is it possible to pay the bill coming from another account ... the answer DS, DS, DS ,,, I asked if I could speak with her supervisor ... the operator refused, then hung up. When there is no money to be made, this company is very uncooperative. Try to solve a 21 euro problem plus the legal corrupt fees is not possible. So former partner where ever you are, I call out to you former partner (may not use your name for "datenschutz" reasons, I hope you are doing well and that this infoscore inkASSo gets its deserved returns on stupidity ....

SCAM alert, contact antifraud before paying

If you receive an sms/email claiming an outstanding payment for Afterpay be aware that’s SCAM. There is a link for pay for something never requested. I contacted the fraud service from Afterpay and they confirmed that my information (including the phone number on which I received the sms) was not in their system —> clearly a SCAM. Please, alway contact the fraud service of the claimed company before paying anything! Nobody will ask you by sms with a simple link…

No Scam

infoscore sent me a mail by post regarding an outstanding PayPal payment. I thought it was a scam and got a bit freaked out by all the reviews I read online, but after checking NVI, KVK etc I paid the outstanding balance.

I called the next day to confirm that my payment had gone through and I spoke to a friendly and polite woman who assured me that they have received my payment, my dossier would be closed and the Paypal amount would be topped up ASAP.

I received an email a couple of minutes after the call with infoscore stating that my dossier was closed. A day later, I received an email from Paypal that they have received the outstanding balance owed.

Aside from getting a weird SMS and voice message that I need to pay money, the service was smooth and nothing to complain about.

Following my husbands death

Following my husbands death, all accounts were/are frozen, and because of the length of the will execution which is in the hands of the trinunal, i had to convene an arrangement with Infoscore to pay my credit card debits.
I paid every month, but end of April, I was sick and in bed, i could not pay ontime, I paid with 10 days delay, but Infoscore made a poursuite against me, because of the delay, these people have no ethics, no morals nothing, the situation of the Coronovirus and the confinement, they did not care for, this type of company should not exist.
