Cold Callers & Poor Customer Service
Very disappointing experience with Infotone Imaging Supplies.
We switched to their toners after they cold called us and immediately ran into problems. After installing the Magenta toner, we started having print quality issues and had to replace the Image Drum which had been working perfectly fine before changing brands. Two weeks later, we replaced the Yellow toner and ended up having to replace the Yellow drum as well.
The only change we made was switching to their toners and since then our drums have been failing. It’s cost us time and money.
To make matters worse, they are refusing to accept returns on the unused and unopened toners we purchased even though their products have clearly caused issues for our machine.
Poor product quality and poor customer service. Would not recommend.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been frustrated by this situation.
After carefully reviewing the matter, our technical assessment showed that the issue was caused by a drum unit purchased from another supplier, rather than the toner supplied by us. Toner and drum units work together, and a faulty or incompatible drum can lead to the print quality problems you experienced. To help resolve this, we supplied a replacement drum ourselves, and once it was installed, the toner we provided worked perfectly, producing clean, consistent prints. This clearly demonstrated that the toner itself was not the cause of the issue.
We also offered additional assistance to help diagnose and resolve the printer issue, as we always aim to support our customers and minimise any disruption. Although that offer wasn’t taken up at the time, it remains available should you wish to revisit it.
We’re committed to providing quality products and responsive service, and we hope to have the opportunity to assist you further.

I want to say how great my experience has been with Louis from Infotone. He first got in touch with me months before I decided to make the switch, and I never felt pushed or rushed—just friendly chats and honest answers. Louis was patient and respectful, which made the whole process feel comfortable.

This company Infotone are a great company to work with. In particular their Sales Executive Mr Chris Hunter. He represents Infotone well and follows up with my company World Removals.ie regularly to see if we require new cartridges or when they have a special offer . Their product is excellent and all round delivery time scale 24-48 hours to deliver to our accounts office based in leixlip, Kildare, Ireland is wonderful.
They also provide a great collection service for used cartridges, so these can be re used and save the planet.
I give this company 5 STARS as they are professional and great at what they do.
