To say that these guys were good would be an understatement. In all my considerable years, I don’t think I have ever encountered such a high level of customer service.
What made it all the more amazing was that I’d ordered the wrong inks in the first place. The team at Infotone sprang into action and put everything right, sent me replacement inks and even supplied a postage paid envelope so I could return the wrongly ordered inks.
The inclusion of a pack of Haribo Sour Skeletons for Halloween was a brilliant touch. I will save them for the grandkids but then I may not👹

I've used Infotone for many years now, and I've moved several times over the years, but they've never delivered to the wrong address. I think they are a brilliant company with fantastic, fast and friendly customer service. I bought a new laserprinter this September to replace the one I bought from Infotone about 8 years ago. The old one was still working, just not as sharp – I have passed it on to a friend who is happy to use it for long-run black and white printing.
The new printer (Brother HL-L5210DN) that I bought on the recommendation of my long term customer rep, Scott Palmer, is fabulous! It's slightly smaller and lighter weight, not as noisy, definitely faster – and nice and crisp.

We needed a replacement cartridge and when a faulty one arrived, it was changed immediately, delivered next day.
The quality of the recycled products is exceptional and work as well as the originals, and at better value.

Shout out to Helen who does a tremendous job. She is so friendly and efficient, thanks Helen for looking after us in St. John's House all these years!

Service is very prompt and collection of used cartridges was quick and efficient. I have been using for a long time and have no complaints whatsoever about the quality of the products. It is a shame that the poor reviews had nothing to do with the product but only administrative issues which were not necessarily the fault of Infotone.

I only have the need to contact Infotone three or four times a year but Helen is always very helpful and proactive. Orders are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I'll start by saying that I have just read the 1-star reviews and felt that the complaints are unjustified. Sure, like all businesses, there is an amount of cold calling to be expected, but right from the start it was clear to me how the process works. As for placing orders, I email my account manager (nice to have the same one for a long time too! - shout out to Jess) and no sooner have I requested new cartridges, she processes the order, and they arrive the next day. I always keep a "one in stock" supply of cartridges to ensure I never run dry, but it does seem that I can usually get a 24-hour turnaround without asking for it anyway! Nice touch is the packet of sweets with every order!

I can only HIGHLY recommend this business, and I really don't understand how those who left 1-star references ever got into the pickles they describe. What is also GREAT is that if you inform your account manager (another shout out to Jess) they always check your order to ensure that you are getting the right toner for your printer. I have three printers covered with Infotone, two Brother printers that are a couple of years old now, and an ANCIENT HP LaserJet which is about 20 (!) years old. HP have kept this model but updated it significantly it seems, and HP have kept the same toner so Infotone can send me refills as and when I need. The HP is a small device by my desk so gets a lot of use for draft documents and instant printouts and would be a pain if it ran out of toner.

Infotone's prices are quite reasonable for both branded and non-branded ink cartridges. Any of my orders have been sent out pretty much immediately and the most I have ever had to wait is 3 days, but the vast majority of the time its next day delivery. I really cannot complain and the ladies I deal with at Infotone are just brilliant. I would highly recommend Infotone for ink cartridge supplies.

Excellent service, half the price of any other supplier, and works a dream.
