Faulty Drum
I regularly buy toners etc for my printer from Infotone and the service has always been excellent. Recently I purchased a new drum, unfortunately it failed after a few weeks. This was no fault of Infotone's, just a faulty sealed item. I contacted them and spoke to Louis Biddles. He couldn't have been more helpful and after a few tests and without any hesitation a replacement drum was sent to me. It was refreshing to receive such a professional and courteous response to my issue. It is not the fact that something had gone wrong, but the excellent way in which it was dealt with. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend Infotone for printer supplies. Thank you Louis.
