I recently needed to reschedule my MRI…

I recently needed to reschedule my MRI appointment at the InHealth clinic and contacted their team for assistance. I was fortunate to be connected with Natalie, who handled my enquiry with the utmost professionalism. She was clear, patient and attentive, ensuring that I fully understood the new arrangements. Beyond her efficiency, Natalie’s kind and reassuring manner made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I greatly appreciate the high standard of service she provided and the genuine care she showed throughout our conversation.
Thank you so much Natalie!!

Dissapointing

InHealth is an absolute shambles of a company. The call centre staff are surly, rude and dismissive – every interaction feels like you’re an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of help. Their attitude is appalling, and their Customer “service” is worse.

Here I am, FIVE days on from my knee MRI scan, and still no results. Nothing. No communication, no explanation, no basic courtesy. Just silence. For a healthcare provider, this level of incompetence is beyond unacceptable – it’s appalling.

And let’s not forget the insult on top of injury: as a veteran, I should not have to pay for an MRI scan in the first place. Yet here I am, out of pocket, treated with contempt, and left waiting.

InHealth doesn’t care about patients, doesn’t care about Customer service standards, and certainly doesn’t care about the people they’re supposed to be serving. They are unprofessional, uncaring, and utterly disgraceful.

I use them for my “NHS” hearing aids

I use them for my “NHS” hearing aids. Over the years their devices have gone from “in ear” tiny things to huge cumbersome ones. Their latest version has a nightmare Bluetooth connect which has a mind of its own, with switches on the top to change modes (exactly where my glasses go). They even change mode while chewing food. Whoever designed these is an idiot. Whoever said they are worth manufacturing is an even bigger idiot.
It doesn’t end there…
I used to call for an appointment (as they obviously need changing) but no, “sorry, all bookings are now online”. Great, so I used this service only to be told - after a 3 day wait for an email response, that I need to call another number. The 1st call could have given me that number. Red tape gone crazy.

Ipswich in health endoscopy

Attended clinic in Ipswich today for colonoscopy . Experience was excellent from start to finish . Thanks to Anna for admitting me and going through the procedure and putting me at ease, answering all my questions. Jam and Kay were lovely and made me feel relaxed throughout the procedure . Judy then went through my report afterwards and was really helpful and friendly . Thank
You all for making the whole experience stress free and comfortable

Very poor service at the Cheltenham MRI…

Very poor service at the Cheltenham MRI mobile, not only is there very steep staircase to enter which I found very neglectful of "health professionals" to expect people with ankle and leg injuries to struggle to climb them possibly causing more damage but the rude staff that work
in there who are on some power trip
thinking because they are in some
mobile where their behaviour isn't overseen by anyone professional
it gives them the
right to treat people poorly. My
daughter was sent away twice for
absolute nonsense, one was to fill out a form which could have been sent out prior to the appointment on both
occasions having to climb and decend the steep metal staircase. When booking the appointment we wasn't told it was some claustrophobic mobile in asda carpark; If we'd have been made aware My daughter wouldn't have gone as she was very nervous and she wanted me near but I was very rudely told to get out. They get paid alot of money for this below par level of service. I wouldn't recommend.

I was actually sitting in the waiting…

I was actually sitting in the waiting room at the medical centre, waiting for my scan, when I received a phone call to say my appointment was cancelled!!
I am absolutely livid!
I'd made the effort to get there on time, having had to make arrangements to cover other commitments, only to be told 'pfft - go away'
Also the travel time and cost of actually getting there, the anxiety of the scan itself, just to be told you'll have to do it all again!
I am absolutely fuming!

Waste of time

Absolutely disgusted
I was late by 9 minutes and was told no I had missed my appointment I had drove 40 minutes for this appointment and got stuck in Traffic also the postcode took me to a totally different part of the retail park which I parked up at and had to ask someone eventually and it was right at the other side ao got back in my car drove back over and was told no your late I said I had to pick my foster child up n drop him with someone cause I couldn’t bring him n drove 40 minutes n hit roadworks and she said no the next client is hear, only 1 person was sat in the whole waiting room. When I rang to complain they said u have a nap in your welcome pack well what welcome pack I said she said oh it might be in your email junk file!
Whose fault is it if I didn’t get the map so was late!
Cannot believe these jokers who are sat doing nothing while sending people away and having to rebook how much is this costing the tax payer

An absolute joke of a company

The worst booking experience ever. I have been trying to get an echocardiogram scheduled for 4 months! And each time the appointment is cancelled less than an hour before due to staff shortages. Their systems are all separate and appointments are released on short-term timeframes making scheduling impossible. The company should be ashamed

Bicester InHealth Endoscopy/ Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy team were excellent.

The Bicester InHealth Endoscopy/Gastroscopy and Colonoscopy team provided exceptional services.

Their communication was impeccable, and the overall service was highly satisfactory. I highly recommend their services. I underwent a colonoscopy last year.

The Bicester InHealth Endoscopy team excelled in every aspect of providing NHS services. I received an appointment within four weeks of my general practitioner’s referral. Prior to the procedure, all necessary preparations were thoroughly explained. On the day of the procedure, I arrived almost two hours early for my check-in to ensure I was at the correct address. The reception attendant confirmed the information with the nurse, and they were able to schedule me earlier for my appointment.

While the experience was not entirely pleasant, the individuals involved in the procedures were caring, efficient, and professional. They ensured that everything was smooth and that time passed quickly. All necessary explanations and written summary reports were provided immediately after the procedure, and my biopsy was ready within three weeks.

Unserious Bicester endoscopy clinic

Bicester endoscopy clinic Inhealth. Unserious, unprofessional behavior towards a patient from the nhs. I was referred for a gastroscopy. I was very pleasantly surprised that the first appointment was available so quickly. I chose the afternoon hour. Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment in the morning it was canceled. Ok, I accepted that.

However, it did not give me peace and I called the costumers service. The receptionist was very surprised that the appointment was canceled. She called somewhere further away and offered me an appointment on 28.05.2025, I agreed to it.

On Sunday before the appointment someone called me asking what medicine I was taking and how I was feeling in general. On Tuesday I got a reminder about the appointment. On Wednesday I went for the appointment because I live in another town it took me some time and I had to fast the whole day. I organized transport there and back which was also an expense.

20 minutes before the appointment I got a message that my appointment was canceled. I thought it was a joke. I was furious how they could treat a patient who was preparing for a gastroscopy like that. The worst service in my life. I do not recommend their services.

MRI cancelled twice

MRI cancelled twice. The first time because they had booked it on a day they were closed. They decided to wait 4 weeks to tell me and the day before, why not work out your error sooner. The second time for the time they rescheduled for - cancelled 1 hour before telling me that I am taking a 60 min slot and I only need 40 minutes, so they wont see me. I feel disrespected that they know this is the second cancellation and they felt the reason given for cancelling was OK - that they will have 20 mins spare?!!! I was travelling to the centre already and told them I was, they said they wouldn't see me even though I was already on my way. This is an example of a company that couldn't care less because they have an NHS contract that they think is theirs for life. Playing with peoples health and not in any way bothered.

Bicester Inhealth endoscopy team were excellent

The Bicester Inhealth endoscopy team were excellent in every respect in providing an NHS gastroscopy and colonoscopy for me in one session. Not the most pleasant experience, but everyone involved in the procedures was caring, efficient and professional. Everything explained and written summary reports provided straight afterwards. Plus I got an appointment within 4 weeks of GP referral!

Well done Inhealth MRI at Frimley Park Hospital

I was really nervous about my scan due to my claustrophobia, but Ahmad George was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain everything, offered me options to feel more comfortable, and reassured me throughout. Thanks to him, I completed the scan without any medication or anaesthesia, and I truly appreciate his care and compassion.
