Absolutely appalling service.

Absolutely appalling service.
They cancelled my ultrasound which I was waiting for 2 months just several hours before the procedure without explanations and gave another appointment in 1,5 months time whilst my pain is getting worse.
Very disappointing and truly shocking.

I attended the Audiology dept at Brambles cottage in Southampton Janjana V was very polite and made me feel at ease from the start, she explained in a very clear and professional manner what she was doing and answered the questions I asked, I hope that my comments and thanks are passed on to her.

Inhealth are the most useless shocking…

Inhealth are the most useless shocking service. They managed to use a non qualified DR I believe and have almost killed me. The size of the tumours inside me was not reported not highlighted. I even pulled my own ribs out in pain. They need to be shut down.

One star

One star, the NHS should stop using them.
Trying to book a routine ultrasound (I have been doing this for the last 5 years every year to monitor a chronic condition), but they refused to book it as private patient without going through their private GP and pay an additional 50 pounds for a prescription (there is no need for a prescription in this case). Avoid.

My appointment for hearing test was 45 Min late again

My appointment for hearing test was for 9.45 am, i arrived 15min before 9.45 as requested. there was a lady waiting to be seen before me,at 10am nobody had gone in or come out of the clinic room, at this point the lady went to the door and knocked on it to which a man answered and invited her in, her appointment was for 9.10am. At 10.15 i asked the manager "when will i be seen"shortly after i was told the consultant was having trouble with his computer.I eventually was seen at 10.40 am .If you are 5min late for your appointment IT WILL BE CANCELLED. This is the second visit to the Denton centre and been delayed the service is disgusting.

Returns are too expensive

Technically, this review is negative because of my own mistake. Every website sells (2!) breast flanges, since people have 2 breasts. InHealth sells them by the unit; which I didn't notice.

The problem is you can't really return goods. It costs more money to return (with their added re-stocking ‘fee’) than the product is worth, so I guess we're going to have to source another flange.

Just… not a great return policy. The rest is kind of okay.

Appalling Service and Discriminatory Conduct

I have had an incredibly disappointing experience with InHealth, and I feel compelled to share my story to raise awareness about their failure to make reasonable adjustments for individuals with disabilities, despite being legally obligated under the Equality Act 2010.

As someone diagnosed with autism, ADHD, PTSD, depression, and anxiety, I expected InHealth to accommodate my specific needs during my interactions with them. However, from the moment I attended my MRI scan in April 2024, I was met with discrimination and a lack of basic respect. My reasonable request to wait a few minutes for my partner before my consultation was dismissed by their staff as a "waste of time."

Following this, I formally requested communication adjustments, such as using email or pre-arranged calls due to my disabilities. Not only did they ignore these adjustments, but their Operations Manager repeatedly called me without notice and behaved in a dismissive and disturbing manner. His conduct, including multiple interruptions and the abrupt termination of phone calls (including lying about doing this), left me suffering significant distress.

Despite raising formal complaints and attending a recorded meeting with senior staff on 30 September 2024, InHealth failed to offer any meaningful resolution. Instead, they denied responsibility for their breaches of the Equality Act and left me in a state of emotional distress. The meeting was nothing more than a formality, with no tangible action to address their breaches of the Equality Act.

InHealth has shown a complete disregard for the well-being of their disabled patients and has failed to take accountability for their actions. I am now forced to take legal action to seek justice for the discrimination and emotional harm I have suffered.

I would strongly advise anyone who requires reasonable adjustments or is disabled/neurodiverse to reconsider using InHealth's services. My experience has been nothing short of traumatic, and their failure to satisfactorily address these issues has been unacceptable.

Neglectful, Misdiagnosis, and No Compassion – A Horrible Experience!

AVOID !!! Neglectful, Misdiagnosis, and No Compassion – A Horrible Experience! My husband had an endoscopy at this clinic on June 1th, hoping for proper diagnosis and care. Despite suffering from severe dysphagia, extreme weight loss, and difficulty swallowing, his symptoms were ignored. Instead of addressing his concerns, they gave him an incorrect diagnosis and prescribed unnecessary medication. As a result, he was left to suffer for an additional three months.

From as early as January, he informed them of his worsening symptoms, but they didn’t seem to listen. He repeatedly requested a barium swallow test and asked how and where to get it , which we believed was crucial to finding the cause of his issues, but they refused to conduct it. Their refusal to help made him feel like he wasn’t even treated as a human being – it felt as though they were telling him to “just go home and die , that’s nothing to do with us “

For months, he was unable to eat or drink by vomiting everything , and the clinic showed no urgency or care in addressing hid condition. Today, September 18th, after spending five days in the hospital, he was finally diagnosed with achalasia – a condition that could have been caught much sooner if they had listened to him . By the time he was diagnosed, he had become severely malnourished and completely starved because food and liquid couldn’t reach his stomach.

I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone. Their lack of compassion and attention to detail resulted in months of unnecessary suffering. If you need serious medical care, this is not the place to trust with your health.

Superb

After a mammogram flagged something up I had to go to InHealth in Exeter for further investigation. I don’t think I’ve ever met more caring and friendlier nurses and doctors than I have that day. Everything was extremely clean as well. I’ve received a telephone call a few days later to tell me everything was ok. Thank you InHealth 🥰

They cancel at last minute

I waited 3 weeks for my urgent ultrasound with possible failing kidneys. I wanted to pay and go private but my doctor said in health is contracted privately by NHS

They cancelled me the day before and offered me another appointment 3 weeks away. Who knows if they will cancel that.
Paying privately . Told them to keep their appointment

Had an MRI done in Croydon university…

Had an MRI done in Croydon university hospital through Inhealth and was really happy with the process. They kept me informed with how long my wait would be, which wasn't long at all. When it came to getting on the table it was really difficult due to back pain, but they helped me to get comfortable and before i knew it the scan was over. Would highly recommend.

The worst booking experience ever!!!!

The worst booking experience ever!!!!
The advisor pick up the phone sounding in a tone hating/bored of life, give him all the information and then ask me to provide the professional scan name my mum needs to get through the Data protection. Can anyone let me know how you supposed to know the professional scan name and not been a doctor or GP? Literally wasting time.

Had an echocardiogram in chipping Norton .
Arrived and told the machine was broken, had to wait 2 hours for a new one to be delivered.
Technician Abdul Rahim was rude all the way through the examination and I’m very doubtful he was qualified in this field , I ve had 3 tests abroad and the results are massively different to his findings. His results left me anxious and worried for the last two years till I’ve just checked the results from abroad, 2 were before the one in chipping Norton and one after.

I went to my GP with a hernia.

I went to my GP with a hernia.
My GP said i needed an ultrasound scan.
She said in 2 weeks i would get an appointment.
After 8 weeks i got a text from InHealthGroup. I had previously got a totally useless letter from them just saying "we do scans-hello-will be in touch".
So i got this text to call them. But i dont have a phone to call out-my phone is sim free for wifi only.
So i go to their web site. No contact except by phone. So i cant get in touch.
I happened to get a confirmation disgnosis at A&E. The doctor said there was an ultrasound scanner a few feet away. But NHS not allowed to use for me. Im not dying-yet.
Im 70 yrs old. I havent bothered the NHS much-cant recall last time i needed treatment.
Yet here we are with InHealthGroup obviously set up to scoop up public money into private bank accounts and zero service.
Frankly its a criminal disgrace!

Absolutely reprehensible company

Absolutely reprehensible company.

Booked in for an MRI and was told I would get my results in 3 working days.

2 weeks later no response so I phone up.

"We have had a change of protocol and we are sending them to your dr first and we need them to explain them to you first and confirm with s before we can release them"

Ok so what is the problem? We can't tell you, we can't release the info in case you go Google search and cause yourself undue stress and until a medical professional has explained it to you, we cannot release it.

As if THAT is not going to cause me undue steess. W T F is going on is going through my head and why won't you tell me.

Back and forth to my GP to try and get a nswers and today they text me. Yes TEXT me with no further information.

"I have just read your MRI report and referred you to the neurosurgery team as suggested at the end of your report"

Ok, really now W T F is going on?

Back on the phone to InHealth and they are admant they will not share my results until they have heard from my GP.

They have been trying to get through to them for 2 weeks to no avail and you think being referred to a neurosurgeon with ZERO explanation as to W T F is going on is not giving me undue stress and anxiety, then you are dreaming!

So now I am stuck waiting for a referal which could be weeks before I hear anything and not knowing w t f is wrong with me?

But I guess your "don't share inase they look up on Google and find out some bad things" is SOOOOO much worse than the myriad of scenarios and what ifs going through my head right now. Bravo!!!
