The gift that keeps on giving

I've been with InHealth multiple times and everything I find out my appointments are with them it breaks my heart.
I'm currently awaiting an emergency procedure that requires adjustments to medication used due to the complex nature of my illnesses.
The booking was made via the phone and I made it clear I will need to discuss sedation options prior in a one to one, I was told they will be in contact.
The procedure is now a week away, no communication from IH and it's a good job I phoned as the appointment they have in their books is 2 days earlier than the one booked with me over the phone.
They "do not use" alternatives to the medication used in the procedure meaning I have wasted a month of time that would have been better spent searching for someone who actually CAN help me.

I am sick to death of this service and death may well be where this ends up.

InHealth are not equipped for complex patients, nor do they care.

Avoid at all costs!!!

MRI mobile unit

Went for an MRI, I was very well looked after by the 2 guys who were operating the machine. Very professional & they put me at ease & we’re very caring of my needs as I am in a great deal of pain. I would definitely give them 5 stars.
The email I received with all the pre-visit information however did not make it clear that I should report to hospital reception first, and that on a Sunday the main hospital doors are locked and shuttered! As this was my first time to the hospital I had no idea where to go and was left to wander around in pain until I found the MRI unit - having first walked up and down the stairs to the first mobile unit which was closed, before finding the Inhealth one hidden behind it. As I was early I then had to stand outside for 10 minutes waiting for my turn. Had I been told to go to reception & where this was I would have been able to sit while I waited. As it was by then I was in too much pain to do any more walking.

Very helpful sonographer

I had to miss my appointment as I was 15 mins late to transport issue. The sonographer was very helpful and was able to offer me another appointment within a week.
