Great

My experience with inhealth was very positive and professional. The only thing that stops me from giving it five stars is that the quality of the microphone from inside the MRI machine was quite low, making it hard to understand the person on the outside trying to communicate with me.

Staff made me feel uncomfortable

Staff made me feel uncomfortable. I arrived ontime but there was no parking so ended up coming in ten minutes late. I did call the number but no one answered.

I was supposed to get a trans vagina scan but ended up not getting it. She did not make me feel welcome. Did not even allow me to take off my jacket. She kept the curtain open and did not ask me if it was okay that another member of staff sit in with us. In the end I opted out of the transvaginal scan. When leaving she left the tissue hanging out of my leggings which I could not see. She also made a cheeky comment about me being late which I thought was unprofessional even though I was saying sorry.

Communication required

Person who was doing scan seemed uninterested and grumpy.
I contacted GP for result, they told me certain areas of scan were no good due to empty bladder. Not sure why grumpy didn't just talk to me about it at the Time. I did not see any instructions on information sent to me regarding food and drink. I have an ongoing issue and it was disappointing that the health care professional behaved this way.
