Received an excellent service from Guy at In House estate agents. Guy was efficient and constantly kept me updated along the way. His advice and knowledge was first class. Any issues were dealt with straight away, his customer service was brilliant. I would definately recommend In House to anyone considering selling or purchasing a new home.

In House handled my sale with friendly efficiency, I have used other agents in the past but the team here is definately the best.

I have no hesitation in recommending In House. Listing your property is the easy bit, but in the UK chains can be challenging, however the team at In House lead by Guy and Charlie helped us make key decisions when we needed to, and managed our chain to ensure the right progress was being made. Highly recommended.

Guy and Jon were great from the start, from their non-pushy approach to showing us around the House we ended up buying, and were quick to close the deal. They remained engaged throughout, updating both parties at every opportunity in what was a complex process. They went above and beyond to get answers from a Solicitor in the chain that was unresponsive, and supported our direct communication with the parties involved (alongside our Conveyancer). Can highly recommend.

The Inhouse team and Steve worked well and hard to sell my mother's house. God we had some hurdles to jump on the way but got there. Plenty of good reviews from customers who have sold their house. Very good, but what about those potential buyers like us who had funds and felt let down and did not buy in the end. Do not ignore. Very rushed viewing. Poor knowledge of the property you were selling. No follow up the next day despite being promised. If I was a seller instead I would not be impressed by the treatment of potential buyers.
