Its horrible... The worst company and quality i have ever ordered. It has nothing to do with the pictures in the site. It looked amazing jacket and wen i got it is no more than a pijama. First i ordered a dress and after they withdrew the money they said its not available and no refund but asking me to order another with same value. The others were sucks with same value so i had to choose a jacket with more value so they deducted more 11 dollars and finally a pijama.

Terrible NEVER order from this company . The fabric is cheap noting fits. They don’t give instructions how to send it back.
It’s really horrible!!!

After several emails back and forth the below is what Ininruby offered me for an order that nothing fitting. If I were to accept their offer and shipped everything back I would lose money.

My Third reply to Ininruby - How would I order the same items again when the sizing makes no scene. I am a small-medium and I order a large jacket and it was too small I order two medium shirts and one was way too small and the other was big. $41 voucher as compensation doesn't even come close to what I have already spent and again how do I know what size to order!!!

Reply From Ininruby Ininruby's - We understand your concern and can assure you of lawful operation of our company. As a way to make up for this, we would like to offer $38 partial refund as compensation.
If you still want to return your package shipping fee shall be paid by yourself, you must return the items in new, unused condition with the original package and return reason on a piece of paper with the item list in your return package.
We will refund the price of the items returned, but exclude the original shipping charges and return shipping fees if the return applied. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
Please let me know your idea.

I don’t believe any reviews on this actual clothing site. I bought 2 dresses. The quality is horrible and the size guide is not accurate. Save your money. I can’t believe sites like this allowed to advertise glamour and provide junk.

Do not order from this company. I ordered 3 shirts...the first one I received looked nothing like what I had ordered not even close and also looked as if to fit a small child and the other 2 were no better...I had spent 80.00 on these shirts/sweaters. I have emailed them several times because I want to return for a refund and not surprisingly no one gets back to me. I will no longer order anything unless it is through PayPal...my lesson learned. Just don’t want anyone else to get screwed which is exactly what they do by not shipping the product that was portrayed to you!!!

Everyday new people answer my mail they all tells you different things but I believe nothing is true
I ask to speak to a manager they answer they have no phone service!!!
They told me the refund is done but it will reflect on my band account in a month!!! Can you believe it???

I ordered 4 months ago, waited for 2 months to receive my order. The quality was horrible, the smell and material and finishing were so bad. I complained and sent the order back 2 months ago. For the last one month, the order has reached Chinese customs and they are claiming they have not received the order. Now they stop answering emails. I don't expect to receive a refund. This is a scam and a bunch of thieves. Don't buy from them. The pictures are deceiving.

Don't waste your time. Worst company ever! Their pictures are all fake. I got an embroidered jacket for almost $60.00 and got a fake sweater with a printed design, so disappointed. I am in the middle of negotiating a full refund through PayPal and Ininruby wants to refund me $24. Hoping I can escalate to PayPal and get my money back. Not holding my breath. Props to anyone who is reading this before buying.

Terrible I ordered 5 weeks ago and still waiting on my order. Contacted them to ask where order is. This is a Chinese company and so far 3 items no longer available and they want me to pick something else. Just got notice that 2 items shipped no word on the other items ordered. Credit card company says I have to give them 6 weeks to get product to me before I can cancel order and get my money back. They have 7 days to get to me then I am asking credit card company to dispute this order. Listen to everyone this is awful and I wish Instagram would pull them from their feed. Oh and other reviewers are right they reappear under other company names. I will never order anything like this posted on instagram feeds!!!!

Sent an order in well over six weeks ago. I have received nothing yet (even if the quality of items is good!!!, the season will be over before you get the chance to wear, defeats the purpose in buying in the first place!!)
Have sent two emails, received a reply both times, telling me that my items are in transit, however, the tracking only goes as far as China post, according to tracking info my items are there since Sept 9th..!!
Expensive but valuable lessons learned here. ALWAYS research where items are coming from before you order. If you wish to order from sites such as these, so be it. My advice would be to withdraw money from your account, tear it up and throw it away, much more fun, and, you can see where your money has gone..

The quality of the purchased item was very poor, the craftmanship even poorer. I had to wait for delivery for a long time and after a few email finally I received the items. I am not sure if I will wear them, they are just rugs. I am sorry that I paid for this garbage. The real items don´t look at all like the pictures. Customer, beware!

I would give minus 10000 stars to this company. They are robbers. I paid 100 euro for 4 rags with very bad smell, totally synthetic, models and colors are not corresponding to the pics on their website at all. I even couldn't touch them, so bad the quality of these "dresses". Never buy there, you will just loose time and money! And also mood.

Awful Experience, They have changed their name from Gogroov dot com to ininrubystore dot com. Everyone please write the review under the new name so they won't be able to deceive people. Even when you dispute their transaction after not hearing from them for the canceled order they provide a China address as a return address to your Bank so you won't be able to get your money bank despite for returning the package back to their Warehouse in California (The same address that you received it from) ! It's shameful.

Absolutely shocking and dishonest business i have ever had the displeasure to deal with. the order that showed up is not complete, the quality of the items are appalling. i have asked for a return over 10 times and they refuse to return my goods and compensate me even for the items that i haven't even received.
Run as fast as you can away from this site these guys are fraudsters and keep your money!

The quality of the clothes is terrible and does not justify their prices. Not only do the clothes take ages to arrive, but they also smell of mold and look nothing like in the pictures. The fabric is very bad quality.

They are scammers. I asked them where my item was, and they sent me an email leading me back to their website so I can check its tracking. The tracking number does not exist on their page. I paid for the item via paypal. Now they are ignoring all my emails.

Please, don't buy on ininrubyshop, i received it 1 month after. The dress is so poor and ugly. It really doesn't look like the picture on their e-shop.

I placed an order for several items over 30 days ago and they claimed to have shipped them however no tracking information.
They seem to be also operating another company Popdudu which I did receive an order from after 28 days however the items do not fit and are of poor quality. Website states refunds issued if returned in 14 days and yet they asked me to send a picture of the items and reason for return. Definitely a scam.
