I am sorry the delivery took a long time, but I did email to say that orders place over Christmas/January would take a little longer that hoped because we had issues with our resin deliveries during that time. We do normally hit the 72 hour turnaround, and we fully expect that if you do order again we will hit that target. Thank you very much for your positive comments.
Easy to order
Easy to order, products packed well. Quick response when emailing for update.
Would be good to have updates on any delays or when products have been shipped. Maybe a note on ordering system as it doesn't say if delayed.

Great product everything you need to make several items
Great product although the instructions are only available through the website and a password which is fine for younger people but my 80yo mother needed written instructions after seeing the video before she would have a go. Everything you need in the kit for making several items great value only lost a star for the instructions and also it took an age to be dispatched my mother could not hold her excitement.

I am sorry that it took such a long time to arrive, but as I did write to you and explain we did not have the resin you required in stock, and had to wait until it could be delivered. It is difficult with the instructions but we do like to think that the video is quite good enough on its own. The instructions can be downloaded and printed - if we send them out in hard copy it would put the price up considerably. Thank you again for taking the time to provide such a positive review - and I do hope your mother is still enjoying the craft!

I thought it was good value and well packaged. Unfortunately I haven’t used it yet by I think the whole concept of it is great and what I was looking for. I will be ordering from this company again.

This was my 1st order from here
This was my 1st order from here. It took 8 days to dispatch my items, Royal Mail was fantastic and delivered within 48 hours. The dips are very thin and I think I'm going to have to let them evaporate a little bit because even doing small petals and leaves they pop and some cracked after drying which I've never had before from other suppliers. Chartreuse isn't as bright as it should be which was a little disappointing. I'm not sure if I would order from Inion again.

Your order was placed late afternoon on the 13th and was completed and taken to the post office on 19th - when we emailed you to tell you that it was ready. However it is disappointing that you are unhappy with the resin - I will make sure the manufacturer is aware of your concerns, and I wish you had let us know earlier so we could have addressed the problems that you say you had then. However, you have found another supplier who will be supplying exactly the same resin so that's something positive for you.

Good company and excellent products
Good company and excellent products. Delivery is sometimes a bit slow. The website would benefit from more photos of items such as beads as sometimes it’s difficult to choose what to order.

Delivery was delayed somewhat over January as we all succumbed to the various viruses that were doing the rounds, and there wasn't a single week when everyone was at work. We are trying very hard to update all our photos but it is a bit of a never ending task. However the descriptions generally tell you what the beads are used for which most people find very helpful.
Slow to dispatch
Not sure about the quality of goods yet, it took 5 working days for the order to be dispatched and a week later, its not yet arrived.

You placed an order on the Sunday and it was shipped on the Friday. We are only a small company and on our website it states quite clearly that we aim for a 72 hour turnaround, but we are not always able to achieve that target. If the order was dispatched on the Friday and it had still not arrived a week later, that is down to the Royal Mail rather than Inion Arts.

Hello I regret that you feel you have had such a negative experience - you placed your order on 31 December and we replied to you on 7th January after our Christmas break. At this point you asked to add to your order, and we agreed to add to your order, instead of you putting it another order so you could save on the postage. We are in an area with very poor mobile reception, so our phones are not switched off, but unable to connect - which I did explain to you in the email I sent and to which you replied. A confirmation email is sent out automatically when orders are despatched - could this have gone to your Junk folder? Again I have checked and this was sent to you on 15th, after we received payment for the extra items. I think that all things considered you have not given a fair review and I am quite happy if you choose to order your products elsewhere in the future. I will make a note of this on our database.
