I had to clean my printer to get the cartridges working …
I had to clean my printer to get the cartridges to work. I have never had to do that before with new cartridges. Also my printer tells me the PGBK is low even though these are brand new cartridges. It seems to be working fine but I don’t understand why the printer is giving me this message. Any thoughts?

This is the first time that I have…Very Unsatisfied
This is the first time that I have placed an order with this company. Placed it on the 5th May 2026 for Ink cartridges and to date 21st May I have still not received my order, nor have I heard from them, despite emailing them and ringing them, which is a waste of time as there phone lines will not be open for a few days? whatever that means.... The only reason I gave them the order was because of the reviews on here and they were a really great price. I am really hoping that i have not made a big mistake.
