This is my second time ordering from Ink & Ivory and I continue to be impressed. I ordered 3 T-shirts (Azriel Kemi, Cyber Serenity & Empress of Shadows) and the quality is amazing. Nice material and really good athletic fit. I will definitely be ordering more.

Trouble is, I can’t find the latter to resolve any issues.

The product is nothing like the images used to advertise. The garments are cheap quality and the printing is very bad. I a total rip off ....

The product is nothing like what the image used in advertising .It is an awful synthetic fabric .
I am now being given the run around as I want to return it for a refund .The process is I need to request a return form from the company which I did. I did not receive the form but have been made numerous offers to keep the shirts . I have been offered 15 % refund and keep the shirts . I said no I want 100% refund and I will return the shirts . Next email - I have been offered 30% refund and keep the shirts . I said no I want 100%refund and I will return. I was then told return postage would be $60 - $80 .I would be responsible for customs declarations for China. I am disgusted by their return policy .

I have been a happy and satisfied customer from the beginning with my first purchase of wall art in April 2025 through my most recent t-shirt which i purchase a couple of months ago. Each piece has a unique artistic look and the quality of the fabric of the shirts was fantastic. Order and delivery process went well. Finally, I have received many compliments when wearing my shirts. Well done!
