OK. The temporary tattoo lasted a bit longer than expected. Maybe because of the type of skin I have. It was very clear and easy to apply.

They are charging taxes for international orders, but not collecting on behalf of your country import agency (they just pocket the money). When confronted with that, they stopped replying. At this point this is just fraud. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB.
On the product side, some tattoos seem not to last very long (3-4 days) and others +1 week. I used the same method every time.

Great service, very helpful if you have any questions and quick to adjust tattoos if need be or give a refund. Definitely a trustworthy site.
Tattoos are good quality, easy to apply and last long as stated on website.

I needed help after noticing sweat during my application and the customer service was very quick to reach out to me and followed up with me! I have used Inkbox a few times to test out tattoo placements and I strongly recommend it! It is also a great way to see if tattoos are for you since they stay on for a while!

I love how fast my shipment came. The quality and detail of my custom tattoo is AMAZINGGG. I never thought a temporary tattoo could look so real. There was a small hiccup with a third party app that miscommunication tracking updates for my package, but after reaching out and speaking to Hailey, a customer rep. at inkbox via email; I was reassured and all of my questions were answered. I will be purchasing more tattoos in the future.

Great custmer service.

I followed all instructions to a tee because the tattoo was so expensive and I didn’t want it to be a waste of money. After 24 hours it was barely blue and hardly lasted 3 days. I am very unsatisfied with the product and I will NOT be reordering.

The communication was excellent and problem solving efforts by Inkbox led to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them!

2 year customer. Order was returned to sender due to apt # left off delivery tag. Emmit took charge and followed my order from return to my door and followed up. Great customer service from a great company!

I had my package returned to sender TWO times, and customer service was so helpful and understanding with helping me get the package. I eventually did receive it and customer service checked in with me every step of the way. I will note that I was also never charged for anything other than my original purchase despite the inquired shipping fees on their end.

This company charges $25 a tattoo. I ordered a couple. $100. They definitely came much smaller than expected. It’s a bit ridiculous. Paying $100 for temporary tattoos that are much much smaller than they should be.

Excellent customer service! 5 stars. They noticed an error id made and contacted me to resolve it, couldn’t ask for more. Temp tattoos last a good length of time and they’re easy to apply. I use them for holiday fun. Great product and service.
