I was very impressed by the efficiency/speed of the initial ordering process online and then even more for the team's immediate and useful information by email on likely delivery dates for the ordered set of printer inks. Superb service!

Excellent Customer Service replacing a compatible ink cartridge that developed a fault. I cannot praise Inkjet-UK and Steve highly enough.

The best customer service I've ever had I think. I got a no quibble refund after I ordered a part that I couldn't use (a mistake entirely of my own making) but on top of that they went the extra mile, no make that and extra 10 miles, in helping me source a replacement from elsewhere and also gave me some excellent tips on a different printer that will save me money in the long run. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

I ordered from Inkjet and my toner came nxt day, fantastic quick service!
Had issues with it fitting, but it was never going to fit when you are trying to put the Toner cartridge into a drum cartridge! dooh! (every day is a school day! )
thanks to Steve for assisting me with how it works and where to install it correctly. He looked up videos and install guide to assist me. He is a genuine & caring person who went above and beyond to help me, top marks for customer service.

Inkjet UK is an excellent company to deal with.
Mistakenly ordered the wrong ink cartridge, contacted the company and received a call from Steve (at the weekend) who could not have been anymore helpful. Although they did not manufacture my actual cartridge Steve looked similar cartridges up on Google and supplied me with details.

Very efficient, courteous and helpful - will definitely use them again for other printers.

I had an issue with a cartridge in that my printer wouldn't recognise it. It was a new printer for me, but a refurb. It could have easily been an issue with the printer. I e mailed Inkjet UK about it and received a call within minutes. Steve was a total gent and offered to replace the cartridge straight away to see if that was the issue, even though I mentioned it could be the printer. No messing about. The customer support with these guys in unparalleled. Really happy with the service and would definitely buy from these guys again.

This was my first purchase from Inkjet UK. I ordered the wrong cartridge which didn't work. Steve phoned and emailed me soon after receiving my email, explained the problem in details by spending a lot of time on the phone, and sent me the correct one free of charge.
I will be their loyal customer from now on, and order cartridges for all my printers from them.

I telephoned customer service today I am very impressed by the prompt, efficient and practical help I received from Steve the e-commerce manager. When the inkjet cartridges I ordered arrived I found I made a mistake when ordering them and they are not compatible with my Epsom printer. He has guided me through the returns procedure and put in a replacement order. I am very satisfied and will continue to use Inkjet UT.

Ordered 4pm received next morning! Printouts are on par with my previous original inks that came with the printer. Will be back for sure.

I have been using Inkjet Uk now for nearly two years and always recieve a consistantly good service and product.

I've been buying printer cartridges for my HP printer from Inkjet a few times now and their customer service is exceptional.

There have been problems with the HP compatible refills as HP keeps updating their microchips just to be able to charge their customers horrendous amounts of money for half full cartridges. Whenever the cartridges from Inkjet didn't print, I had an immediate reply from Inkjet with a new cartridge in a couple of days.

Their prices are really good but their customer service is even better!
