Unresolved Printing Issue - Need my Money Back

I’ve had the same issue for months now with our DTF printer where it will not print the white background on any prints. I’ve talked to multiple technicians and have yet to get any resolution. Last rep was very helpful, but failed to resolve the issue and labeled it as a normal behavior that I needed to work around. This is not going to work for my business needs. Incredibly disappointed. I’m seeking a partial refund at this point, so I can go buy a machine that actually works.

Based on our records, your printer (purchased in May 2025) had been operating normally for an extended period. A few days ago, you reported that the white output appeared less dense. After reviewing your nozzle test results, our technical team confirmed that remain in good condition. This level of output will not affect the transfer process or the final print quality.

Before proceeding further, we would kindly suggest checking one key setting:
Please confirm whether the white ink limit is set to 100% in your printing software, as this directly affects white density.

During troubleshooting, our technicians also noticed that the recommended daily printhead maintenance routine had not been consistently followed, which can impact white ink flow over time.

To help resolve the issue, we kindly suggest the following steps:

1. First, confirm that all white ink channels are clear and not clogged
2. If no blockage is found, please extract the ink from the ink tank and tubes
3. Gently shake the white ink for about 5 minutes to ensure proper circulation
4. Refill the system and test again

If the white ink output still appears light after completing the steps above, it may be due to insufficient sealing within the ink system. In this case, we recommend replacing the ink damper to ensure stable ink flow and pressure.

As part of regular maintenance, we recommend periodic replacement of the ink damper to ensure stable ink flow and optimal printing performance. White ink requires regular agitation and maintenance to maintain optimal performance, and following these steps typically helps restore normal output.

I quickly learned that not all printers…

I quickly learned that not all printers are the same. Paisley worked diligently to get my new printer up and running. Even depsite my frustration and willingness to wait another day Paisley asked for a few more minutes and was able to get the job done. Not many customer service agents would continue to organize and undo someone else's mess. Thank you Paisley for your help.

I had some trouble getting my printer connecting and working! I needed help to see what I was doing wrong and Kurt definitely helped me out! Professional, friendly, and super informative!
