Polite and efficient customer service

It took a while for customer service to respond to my email but once they did the service was polite and correct. I bought a product in Copenhagen airport but it turns out that customer service is located in the UK. Today I got a call from customer service who politely helped me with a refund. EVERYONE Be warned, this company is a scam, having sold the item and never signed up for renewal of £120 per annum, they continue to take, read below what your getting into by the joke of a company.

Please allow me to remind you that you hold an annual membership, which does not permit you to sell the In&box.

In this context, I kindly request that you select one of the following two options to terminate your membership:

Management could care less about hourly…

Management could care less about hourly employees and our HR manager is useless. He's friends with and a protege of, our Operations Manager who seems to detest us. Not an ideal situation

Never again

Never again, I've bought a few things from In Motion over the years, but I've never had to return anything, until now. I bought a watch for my partner, the guy that sold it to me said I can return it to WHSmiths with no problems. I went to smiths and they had no idea what I was talking about. Sent an email and because my wife looked at the watch, they will not accept it back, I've lost £250 they cost £50 less everywhere else I've looked, but I needed a last minute present for Christmas. Never again, I advise anyone to stear clear of this shop in Heatrow and anywhere else they might be, I feel like I've just been scammed.

Bought earbuds in the airport that sadly started malfunctioning. With no stores I could go to I contacted their support team.

They had a Tennessee location go out of business and refused to give a refund of unused stretches even though it was listed in their contract. Many other good options to support such as Stretch Zone.

Disgraceful working conditions

I’ve been sitting at Stansted Airport for over two hours on 17/12/25 and during that entire time there wasn’t a single customer in the InMotion shop. Despite this, the staff member was required to stand the whole time — no stool, no option to sit.

I wonder how many hours management would expect themselves to stand without being allowed to sit down. This feels inhumane and completely unnecessary. Shame on InMotion for treating their workers this way

I bought a JBL headphones and was told…

I bought a JBL headphones and was told by the sales assistant at InMotion Terminal 2 that should they not be suitable, I would be able to return them provided they are done so within 30 days and that I have the receipt to go with it. No caveat for returns mentioned to me by the sales assistant.
I open the box and after less than 29 mins use find them unsuitable so put them away. Upon return to the UK, I contact InMotion with a view to returning them and am told that they can only be returned if unopened.
I’d stay away from this ripoff place as they’re quite happy to misrepresent / mislead to make a sale.
