It was fast and easy

It was fast and easy. Looking at my recite it doesn't say when my subscription end or renews. You might want to include that in the future.

Charged after asking for cancellation and no response

After downloading for a trial and being billed twice with different amounts, I tried to reach out for refund immediately, it took a while to find contact information. Emailed that day on Sept 2025, never heard back. Then was billed and charged after emailing to cancel. They charge your credit card without any invoice or receipt notification as most reputable companies will do. After being billed twice ( I somehow missed the Dec charge due to suffering from cognitive impairment and there no invoice nor receipt notification again), now they have what seems like a proper support system, have emailed to complain and request to be fully refunded for an app I never used after trying it out for less than one hour. Horrible experience overall.

I am glad I hung in there with…

I am glad I hung in there with subscribing. There were issues , but customer service took care of them. The frequencies and practices, AWESOME!!!!. This a unique app. So many ways to lift me up. I find them, beautiful. I have recommended this to a friend, but I told her, subscribing is a litte challenging, but they took care of it.

Subscription Scam

I thought I was just taking out a one off payment for one month, a month later I noticed another payment had been taken out of my account, I never got any notification to say they would be doing this, I never realised this was a subscription I was signing up to, make sure you check the small print before paying, just seems they want to empty your bank account hoping you won't notice!! I wouldn't mind so much if the program was helping me but to be honest it was totally ineffective, think twice before signing up to this rubbish!!!

I was quoted a single price

I was quoted a single price. Then more pop-ups. Each adding to the lower price i was initially comfortable with. As a result of this.they have offered me some concessions and so I felt the need to update my review.

I am a student of the Silva method

I am a student of the Silva method for the last 30 years.. Your program offered me a chance to verify what I have learned about the way our brain works in different frequencies, other than 10 Hz in meditation.. It was a unique experience! A drastic reprogramming of my bipolar brain! I know enough about the chakras in our body to realize how your method unblocks them.. I am truly grateful to the neuroscientists that developed it.. Carry on the research for an improved application of this effective method.. Greetings and many thanks from the beautiful Greece..
