A frustrating first and last experience. Attempted twice to place an order for stock to be delivered next day as urgently needed, only for glitches with the website to result in the first order not completing and the second order resulting in a "pending payment" which would have meant a week or more wait. Called to explain the problem and asked for the order and pending payment to be cancelled and I'd try a third time. Reassured that this would be done immediately, I duly ordered for a third time. Fast forward, no sign of the promised refund for the earlier order so I query via social media only to be told there's nothing they can do, they didn't realise what the issue with the payment (Paypal eCheck) was and I'd just have to wait. Had to raise a case with Paypal to receive my refund.

This company may have been a couple of pound cheaper, but the service just isn't there! Stock quality was fine, if poorly packaged. Will not use again and would advise caution.

Ordered A box of 250 straws for my elderly uncle service was excellent only took 2 days to arrive. Will defiantly use the site again 👍
