Bought a Windows upgrade key for a brand new shop bought laptop. It never worked.

Contacted support and I was told it was because (quote) "this error code mean [sic] that you have incorrect version of windows 11 installed".

I asked for clarification again and again and I am now being ignored. There are other outfits out there that supply the same 'products' - I would use them before I return here.

Back in September I purchased software which was deemed illegal by Microsoft. I eventually got my money back from credit card company. My review of 25 September still stands as testament to their fraudulent activities. Do not buy anything from them!

I purchased MS Office Professional Plus 20th July 2022.
Upon receipt I followed the instruction provided in downloading the programme, after which I was expecting to add the product key to complete the process. It was here that I was directed to the Microsoft App store!!?
I have tried to contact them on three occasions now without any response. I have also asked for a refund. Still nor response.
I would not advise anyone considering to purchase anything at all from this company to stay well clear.

Very good company, product works perfectly, I also have used them in the past and never had a problem A+++

If I could give no stars I would, fraudulent transaction.
On Monday will be reporting this company to City of London Police fraud unit, Mastercard and Trading Standards.

Just like many others here, no reply to any emails.

Don't buy anything from this site!

Recently tried to purchase Microsoft publisher... link they emailed to download went to a non-page. Have emailed three times, no response.
Not sure if I will get money back as paid by debit card.
I can only be thankful it was not a huge amount.
But definitely DO NOT USE this company, it is a scam!

Product key for my purchase never received. Gave them a week, no response to two email, although receiving read receipts for both. Now claiming a refund through my credit card company.
Very sorry I didn't check Trust Pilot before purchasing.

Purchased word pro 2019 office would not work or download the company ignores all emails do not buy from this company it's a scam

Ordered and paid for a product key for windows upgrade from home to pro. Key would not work and Inonefile ignored firstly my request for help or new key and then request for refund.
Would not use again.

I purchased an MS program this morning and immediately received an invoice with information that I would receive my product within 12 hours. Well within this time frame I was sent a link to the the Microsoft download (which was an image file) and an activation code. Everything is fine for me and I cannot fault this transaction.

Forgot the old adage that if it sounds to good to be true it probably isn't, purchased Windows 10 Pro and after a delay a key arrived, the key was invalid and would not activate. Messaged company and you just get radio silence. Clever scam as purchases under £100 are not covered under Section 75 so no chance of getting your money back.

Purchased Dragon V13, came in rar file. Asked for help with this type of file, but no response. Found a rar unzipper online, installed but product wouldn't work. Asked for help, but was ignored. The address on the website is false. Serviced offices who've never heard of them. Don't waste your money.

I purchased Dragon Naturally Speaking Premium 13 to use on my Windows 11 PC. The software download was more complicated than it should be, as it supplied an RAR file with no further explanation. I had to install a trial of Winzip to unpack it. Once that was done, all was good. The software works very well and is evidently an official version at a fantastic price. Usual price around £140 to £160. Happy with the whole transaction.

I wouldent even give 1 star Its a total scam .Take £ & do not deliver product.Have refered them to appropriate authorities

I had a wonderful experience buying a windows 10 pro key. I originally made a mistake with buying and got a windows 10 home key but they helped out and switched it to a pro key as they cost the same. HOWEVER, I have read some really bad reviews which would suggest you avoid. I recommend reading some good and bad reviews to make your mind up.

Checked their reviews on their website, looked good. Ordered windows 10 home and received the key online. This did not work as it was not valid. Left them a review (judge.me) but this did not show up on their site. Then I checked trustpilot and saw other reviews.
I checked my credit card online and no money had been taken yet. Maybe because it is Christmas/boxing day. Have cancelled card. Hopefully that's a lucky escape!

IF I COULD GIVE A BIG FAT ZERO I WOULD. Avoid this company like the plague, it is a scam. I have reported to the OFT. Asked for a refund more than 3 weeks ago, no response, no refund. Finally received "status change" on account after sending yet another email saying I had reported them, apparently refunded, a complete lie - no monies received

Ordered a product which does not work. Communicated with customer services on several occasions only to get no reply. They take your money and run. Zero support or reply. In short do not consider them for any of your software requirements.
