i provided my review 6 days ago as the microsoft office key did not work and did not get any help from the company. I have now been told by the company that they do not refund product keys once they are sent out!!

this is appalling so please be careful if you buy software from this company.

I ordered Win10 activation code as wanted to keep Win10 working on my old PC whilst I transfer files to a complete new build. Took about 20 hours to come through - less than expected 24 especially given it was the weekend. Used right away and worked fine. No complaints. Very happy.

Heart-sink moment after i came on Trustpilot *after* spending 75 quid on Windows 10 Pro plus Windows Server Essentials 2019. To use as test-bed virtual machine systems.

I'm pleased to say both systems activated first time during installation without any fuss. I may try upgrading the Windows 10 licence to Windows 11 but these will be a great addition to my programming toolkit.

Sold a code that is no longer valid and then ignore all communications to resolve it

Paid for 5 licences for Microsoft 365 - one worked. Been trying to contact them, no response WHATSOEVER because they have my money now. Terrible customer service and not actually providing what they promised. Writing this as a last resort, I do not like leaving bad reviews but have no choice.

I was a bit dubious about using this site as their prices seemed a bit too good to be true, but to their credit they promptly delivered exactly what I paid for. My product is activated without issue and I am a happy customer. Reccommended!

I bought a copy of Nuance's Dragon Naturally Speaking (DNS) on Monday at what seemed to be a remarkably low price (£29.99). The same product from Nuance themselves is £139, but I naively assumed this was some kind of BlackFriday deal, When I tried to register it online, the Nuance website said the serial number provided is invalid, so I asked for a refund which arrived at my bank today. So no real harm done. The thing is, InOnefile told me that I didn't need to register or activate DNS online, and that makes me think that what I'd been sold is a "cracked" version. InOneFile could easily allay this suspicion by providing some kind of testimonial from Nuance confirming that the product they're selling is legitimate.

I have bought several programs for my office and all worked perfectly except one software, but support team sorted it out in a few hours. MAGIC

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!!
How this company is even allowed to advertise online is beyond me. After searching for hours to find an update for my sons pc this company seemed to be the best in way of price and reviews on their site. I got the product via email and installed what I thought was a genuine windows 10 home upgrade as stated. Nope!!!! What I actually got was about two weeks worth of stress trying to sort this update out and trying to get through to the company with no replies what so ever. So I have now reported them to trading standards, the police, also Microsoft are investigating them as well as they have had thousands of complaints. Usually I would put it down to my own stupidity and not use certain websites to buy products but the fact this scum bag is doing this at a time when people have lost jobs etc is disgusting.Please nobody order from them because they are useless

I had used Naturally Speaking before and liked it. So I was tempted by the price compared to version 15, which now uses a modified name.
I paid, downloaded the files and wrote down the activation key. When I tried to activate it didn't work. I checked again and found that I had mis-read the activation code. This time it worked straight away. No problems with the software.

Download didn’t work, caused issues with my operating system, pop up messages etc messsed up my Mac keychain and no replies from contacting the company. Had to put it down to experience and lost £28

Have bought some software to download from them with a product key, initially all looked legit. Product key does not work and explanation is, it had been used to many times, so alarm bell rang!!

Update: Have had new software sent with new keygen and all is fine so far!!

Never even received an email with the key for the product. Can't even locate telepone or email contact. Money went out and not a thing. Will be contacting the bank to source the link to report as fraudulent.

This is a scam company which I am about to report. I bought a copy of MS Office 2010. Initially, I could not download the file and when I eventually succeeded and installed it I couldn't register it. I got a message saying the activation key I had been given was fully subscribed and couldn't be accepted.
I filled in too online forms and sent three emails asking the company to send me a valid key. I haven't has a reply from them.

This company is a total scam. They take your money and do not deliver. I am contacting trading standards about them.

Worked a treat! - Initially I thought I'd been scammed when log in details didn't work but then they resent them to me and it was great!

DO NOT USE - TOTALLY SCAMMED SITE.
Paid £37.99 for 365 Package and totally fell for it. Email stating the order & states will receive details in an hour or up to 12. Nothing, very very bad, immoral and money making machine for no return. It's not even 1 star, should be banned from the internet and locked up.
