This is probably the sixth pair of shoes I’ve bought from inov8. They are so grippy, look great and fit my feet exceptionally well.

Great shoes! My all time favorite. Shopping was easy, good website. My shoes arrived on time. The size I ordered was too small. Arranged for an exchange to another size and return of the original pair. Process was easy. Everything was well done.

disappointed
disappointed have to pay for shipping to return. bought F-lite and F-fly in same size but F-lite was too small unfortunately had to return. The F-Fly fits but causes too much dorsiflexion in great toe and need to return for store credit. The shoes take too long to arrive.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. Models can fit slightly different due to the difference in the upper materials, and the return charge is mentioned on the product page, returns page and in the terms and conditions, but we are sorry if this wasn't clear before you ordered.
With regards to shipping times, UPS estimated 4-5 working days for delivery once they collected the parcel from our warehouse. This doesn't include weekends unfortunately, but it looks like your parcel was delivered on the 4th working day after it was dispatched.
The team will process a refund back to the original payment method once the item is back and inspected, but if you have any questions or need any help, please feel free to reach out to the customer care team.
