Just an amazing product. Wonderful blend of simplicity, sophistication, functionality and a beautiful shoe to look at. I have trained in a lot of different brands over many years and have never worn an Inov8 product that I haven't liked, they just work for my feet, training style (functional fitness / Hyrox type training) and lifestyle.It's no different for the F-Fly. The immediate feeling when I used them was lightness with a super comfortable upper and enough cushioning in the sole to strike a balance between softness / forgiveness and a solid connection of my feet to the ground. They are shoes that make you feel athletic......or at least want to be athletic!

I needed shoes that I could wear during line dance practice and sought advice from the customer support team who identified three options . I chose the F FLY mens and so glad that I did. I followed the fitting/ sizing guidance and They are incredibly light , fit like a glove and feel so comfortable to wear .

This shoe is very lightweight and very comfortable. This is my 2nd pair. I also have another pair in black. They work great for a gym shoe for weightlifting and light cardio. Treadmill walking and running. You can lift fairly heavy in these and they are stable for leg day as long as you don’t go crazy heavy. I used them for different types of squats and never had any issues going up to about 315 pounds and they remained stable. The material is very nice and they are well built. They are also good shoes for casual wear and everyday use. I wouldn’t use them for a dedicated heavy leg day shoe or a dedicated running workout shoe. But they are good for a little bit of everything and an all-around gym shoe for lifting moderate to fairly heavy and a little bit of running or cardio. They feel locked in at the heal and mid foot but with plenty of room in the toe box for toe spay. They do run just a tad short going true to size should be ok but I went up 1/2 size for extra room. I would highly recommend!

This is the 3rd pair or similar I have had over the past 6 years. I wear these purely for work as I'm on my feet all day and cover around 8-10 miles a day 5 days week. So the product is great quality and very comfortabe. The trainers life span is great and it's the upper part of the trainer that usually splits 1st, the soles still have plenty of life in them. So value for oney I can't argue

Pros: incredibly lightweight and materials seem to be durable. Laces stay laced. Cons: midsole not as cushioned as I thought. More of a lifting shoe and very limited running even on forefoot. Also, minor Quality issue with the rubberized and vented material are off (see pics).

Misleading sizing guide on website meant that even after sizing up, both pairs of shoes were too short. After I returned the shoes for an exchange through their website, they didn’t action the exchange until after I followed up with them multiple times over the span of a month. Because of their delay, and them putting the relevant items on sale for Black Friday, the items then weren’t in stock. Even then they still didn’t refund the whole amount I’d paid, instead withholding some of it for the privilege of returning the items, and having them hold onto my money for a month

Absolutely love these - I have two pairs! So far I’ve used them on the bike, the treadmill and lifting and they’ve performed as expected for each. They fit well and are really comfortable, they also have the added bonus of looking really good too. Love them and would definitely recommend if you want an all-rounder for the gym.

I think this dap is really nice. For the cost I think it is too high, but welcome to 2025. Unfortunately, I had to send it back as it was uncomfortably tight at the big toe area, but the rest was really snug. I asked for an exchange because the trainer is awesome. If it lasts as long as the best Inov8 which was the blue Trailfly 250 from a couple of years ago is anyone’s guess. Inov8, bring it back!!!! In blue and Orange. You know it makes sense.
