Best shoe for doing it all, I do Crossfit style circuit training and I have not found a shoe that works as well as these for this type of training. Most metcon shoes soles are far too hard and heavy, these are light and soft enough whilst also giving me all the support I need. This is my third time buying this shoe and I'll buy again.

These gym shoes are a cut above everything else I've worn, including previous Inov8 shoes (which I absolutely loved). The updated fit is excellent, giving me everything I could want in comfort, control, feel and stability. My primary use is circuit training and HIIT, where these trainers excel.

I have used Inov-8 shoes for the past 2 and a half years and not once been disappointed. The quality and materials is unbelievable. I also appreciate the foot shape - space in a toe box and realistic proportions. The rope tec and heel size mean they are versatile and handle any workouts.

Comfortable shoes although a somewhat unusual fit. Sizing is wrong I normally take an 8 1/2 and ended up with a 9 1/2 in a standard fit, so I would suggest going a size bigger than you normally take.

Much too narrow. I bought 2 innov8 minimalist shoe in the past and it was much better… much wider! Not happy with this pair!

Coming from F-lite 235 v1’s, these shoes are definitely not minimalist and I’d say feel quite “squishy” in comparison. That may very well be the intent, but as the predecessor of the f-lite I find it a little curious. They look really good to be warm around casually, which was part of the purpose for buying them. I have not gone on any short runs on them either but I think they will be adequate for that purpose. Overall, really nice shoe, but this is definitely a part of the “new” Inov8 and much further away the more “grounded” or minimalist shoes I am used to from this brand

Great fit! One of the best made shoes for my daily workout at the gym. The soles are sturdy enough for heavy leg presses.

I found these very uncomfortable compared to other invo8 shoes I own. Quality seemed like it was up to their normal standard. I was hoping these would feel better after a few days break in. Walking around in them was uncomfortable. I prefer the 300s, 260s, 245s, or even 210s vs these.
