This is my 2nd pair of Inov8's. They are a great all around gym shoe - lifting, running, agility etc.

The most comfortable running shoe I've found in years. I use this shoe for crossfit, so a variety of movements, from weight lifting to box jumps to running. I love it and highly recommend.

I am using these for walking and find them very comfortable. I think I should have used them for a shorter walk first time out as I think my legs took a while to adapt to them. Mxx

Fit is perfect especially considering my problematic feet. Wide toe box is great without being sloppy. Support ideal for weight training and treadmill workouts.

First time trying Inov8 shoes for me. They seem to be performing OK so far but will give them more time - I do mostly circuit style classes with weights and a little weightlifting. I'm finding the heel cup a little shallow, gives the sensation of my heel slipping but shoe still seems to stay on. The fit seems small for size overall, I bought a 38.5 and I am usually only a AU 7 to 7.5 but I probably still could have one a half size up as my toes are slightly touching the edges inside. But the shoes do feel nice and light on, and quality seems good, laces good. Will see how they go! Be nice if there was somewhere I could try more styles on in Brisbane as return and exchange process is expensive.

Great trainers. Comfortable and versatile. Loved them so much I bought two pairs.

Not so comfortable as looks like
Really comfy trainers. Don't feel as though you're barefoot!
So far so good! I got them mainly for treadmill jogging - had a chance to try them yet. As gym shoes they work good, walking on the street is comfortable. I based the size off of my Whitin barefoot shoes which are a EU 36 and translate into a US 6 however, they were too perfect and I ended up getting a US 6.5 which is better but my toes catch the "toe guard". Not sure if a 7 would be too big, but will definitely try next it time. Customer service responded quickly and was able to assist in the exchange!

I've not bought Innov8 before but quite impressed including cost wise too! I wanted a all round flatter, flexible based sole & wider toes area for a variety of activities including dance related activities. The sizing instructions were really helpful and accurate for me. The shows are lightweight too which is great. All round better value for money in my opinion than some other well known brands and matches what it 'says on the tin'. I also used these for a recent city walking tour over a weekend and they were great - no friction, good grip on cobbles and after 50k plus steps no aching feet or issues.

Fit is good. I have a 4A heel and it is very hard to find sneakers to fit properly especially for the gym.

Really comfortable shoes - I have used them for lifting weights and HIIT classes and they are great for both. Sizing is good - I ordered the same size as my other INOV8 shoes and they fit perfectly.

I found these as an alternative to the Altra XT-3 Solstice, which I wanted to avoid after reading terrible reviews of that "latest model." I needed a replacement zero-rise cross training shoe. AI (ChatGPT) revealed this brand to me. These shoes are virtually zero-rise, (only 4mm, close enough to zero for me) and I like that these have more of a normal foot silhouette, as opposed to the Altras which are kinda clown-shoe-like. I wear them for HIIT workouts on a concrete floor, incline treadmill walking, and riding my spin bike. They are light, I love the mesh upper that gives breathability, they have great cushioning that's minimal but still enough to give me cushion on a concrete floor, and I like the heel cup which provides stability for squats and lunges. For me, they are a GREAT alternative to avoid the new Altra Solstice XT-3. The only thing is, I am bummed they only had my size in the white. Speaking of... FYI on sizes! Anyone who is complaining about the sizes being off, you MUST do the sizing technique that this site recommends. I ended up trying on both a 10 and 10.5 in this shoe, and I went with the 10.5 where normally I wear a US 9.5 or 10 shoe.
Best crossfit shoes for wide feet, hands down!

It’s great, but runs small

Unfortunately, I have to exchange them as the fit is not comfortable! The problem is with the space/fit around my toes, even though I purchased a 1/2 size bigger as recommended! This pressure point will only add more discomfort, and wear and tear will escalate while in use. I will say that my first purchase a while back was perfect, hence, this new purchase. So, I hope I will have a better experience with my next purchase.

Love this shoe! Fits so well, very comfortable on my problem feet. Bonus for help on rope climbing!!!

I would have rated these higher but the new curved shape of the front of the shoe makes them Fit funny. They feel Snug at the toe on me. I usually wear a size 9 so that’s what I ordered, but they do not fit correctly.

I have recently been diagnosed with arthritis in my knees and have suffered pain and numb feet whilst training. I have used the f-fly trainers for two weeks and have instantly found relief with my knee and foot pain. The support and padding provided by these trainers has meant I can train like I used to. They are light and flexible but still provide support and reduced impact. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I have now purchased 2 pairs of these for my daughter and neither one fit properly. I paid $45 to return the first pair and re purchased a different size which also don't fit. This has been a terrible and costly experience. She is a size 6 - 6.5 in all shoes, I purchased a 6.5 which were too small, re purchased a 7 (which she never wears in any shoe) and they are also way too small. Now left with a very expensive shoe and can't afford to buy again :( Would be helpful if better sizing information was indicated.
