I would have rated these higher but the new curved shape of the front of the shoe makes them Fit funny. They feel Snug at the toe on me. I usually wear a size 9 so that’s what I ordered, but they do not fit correctly.

I have recently been diagnosed with arthritis in my knees and have suffered pain and numb feet whilst training. I have used the f-fly trainers for two weeks and have instantly found relief with my knee and foot pain. The support and padding provided by these trainers has meant I can train like I used to. They are light and flexible but still provide support and reduced impact. Would definitely recommend.

Unfortunately I have now purchased 2 pairs of these for my daughter and neither one fit properly. I paid $45 to return the first pair and re purchased a different size which also don't fit. This has been a terrible and costly experience. She is a size 6 - 6.5 in all shoes, I purchased a 6.5 which were too small, re purchased a 7 (which she never wears in any shoe) and they are also way too small. Now left with a very expensive shoe and can't afford to buy again :( Would be helpful if better sizing information was indicated.

Comfortable with wide toe box I’ve worn to a few group strength classes and got used to them quickly!

These sneakers are sooo comfortable and light! They fit great!
I’ve been very happy with my new gym shoes. My every day shoes are barefoot shoes with a wide toe box. But I wanted a little bit of cushion for my workouts. These shoes are the perfect in between for my strength workouts, cardio hitt training and CrossFit movements. They do run about at size or a tad smaller. So if you’re right in between sizes like me. I recommend a half size up so you feet have more room when they start to expand while working out.

I like the shoes but I wish I sized up. I’m a size 8 but wear 8.5 for sneakers. I should have gotten size 9.

Great comfortable makes weight training better as adds balance
Great shoe, very comfy. Haven’t run in them yet but did a workout with Olympic Weightlifting, plyometrics and kettlebells and the shoe reacts and supports really well. 😍😍.

Light yet stable with plenty of room in the toe box. So far I’ve used them for snatch, deadlift, burpees, step ups, and assault bike. I felt perfectly supported in the bottom of the overhead squat position and light and agile for the burpees. The only other shoes I’ve used for CrossFit are Nanos (which I still love) and have been wanting to check some other options out. These are perfect so far!

Very happy with these shoes. I have not worn Innov8 in years and needed a shoe at my new gym. I left barefoot at home so needed to find a flexible, low rise, alternative to barefoot but one that would give a little bit of lateral stability for plyo work. These are the balance I was looking for and highly recommend!

I am really enjoying these shoes. I know they are meant to be gym shoes, but I am wearing them as an everyday shoe and my feet are most appreciative. I have developed a bit of arthritis in my toes and the combination of the wider toe box and the bit of extra padding in the insole are making a big difference for me. These fit true to size and work well on my somewhat narrow feet.

Size at least half a size up. So light and very comfortable
Best workout shoes I’ve ever had. I have slim feet and they tend to slide in all my tennis shoes and my feet hurt after every workout. After wearing these to all my CrossFit workouts I have no pain or discomfort! Perfect support for lifting and great cushion for cardio! The toes are never squished!
